There is no toothbrush in the room. The facilities are very old. The breakfast is average. The service is good. I went to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush and they gave it to me.

We spent 2 hours waiting for our room, check in soposed to be at 3:00 pm but the room was ready until 5:00 pm, when we request a compensation they said that there is nothing they can't do anything about it... so bad experience, definitely the hotel and employees are not ready for a full capacity.

Se batalla para que prendan el clima en la alberca, el desayuno buffet te cobran la leChe y jugos, no tiene caja fuerte las recámaras y ni frigobar y micro, les falta mucho en el servicio al hotel. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas pero sentimos que el servicio le falta mucho
