Chihuahua Hotels with Bars

I spent a few days here while in Chihuahua for business. The rooms are nice with great A/C, although the systems have some quirks. Although the thermostat has settings for heating and cooling, only one will actually work. The system will either blow cold air or hot air. If you are like me, and you need a cold room to sleep well, it is necessary to call and have engineering to switch your room from hot air to cold air during the winter months. The rooms are nice with decent sized bathrooms. The lobby is beautiful. The lounge on the 5th floor is nice, although the buffet is limited. The staff here is very friendly and service oriented.

チワワ高原鉄道でチワワに夜遅く着き、翌朝6時の飛行機でアメリカに向かう予定だったので、「安くてきれいなホテル」という選択をしましたが、その意味では正解だったと思います。チワワ市の観光を予定しているなら、別の選択肢があると思います。 1階に気軽に入れるレストラン（24時間営業とのこと）があり、チキンのファヒータとコーラを食べました。 同じ敷地内と言えるような距離のところにコンビニ（OXXO)があり、とても便利です。部屋はメキシコ情緒的なものは全くありませんが、シンプルで小綺麗でした。

The staff was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very basic for the price. Also, there was a broken light in the room. They put the vanity mirror in a weird location that was too high to use. The pool and hot tub were located on the roof and are beautiful but the pool heater was broken so it was too cold to swim in the pool. Also, the hot tub was dirty. I did complain to David and he tried to have maintenance fix the hot tub and get it cleaned. The restaurants breakfast was all right. It was not good or bad. The bar was OK but they didn’t know how to make certain drinks. The hotel is placed in probably one of the best locations but the hotel needs a lot of work. Also, the website said that they had an executive lounge, but they did not.

Nice big and clean rooms and soft beds. Nice and quiet during the week but on friday there was a party in their event room on the ground floor. We stayed on the third floor and we were not able to sleep because of the music. It did not stop until 2 am at night. The next morning someone locked themselves into our room at 8 am, I assume it must have been housekeeping, but it was really inappropriate to wake us up and lock themselves into our room that early in the morning, especially considering that we were checking out later that same day...

The room is clean and bright. It is a garden-style hotel with a swimming pool and a gym. However, the gym equipment is relatively small. If it is close to the swimming pool, it may be noisy. Overall, the check-in experience is quite good, and the front desk service is also relatively friendly.

Wonderful staff, clean, very modern rooms, great showers with good water pressure (which is always a must for me), comfortable and not hard mattresses which I seem to normally come across in Mexico, so I was surprised to see softer mattresses here. This hotel is in a wonderful spot in chihuahua, lots to do around and walk to. Breakfast buffet was great, and staff is very friendly. My trip was very quick so didn’t spend more than one night but would definitely stay there again.

I booked this hotel based off a couple photos, hoping it would be nice and that it really existed. To sum it up...WOW!!!! It’s about a year old as of Sept 2019. I think it’s about a 4.5 - 5 star boutique hotel. 11 classy comfy modern rooms. Huge marble bathrooms. Impeccable bedding. Mood lighting. The staff is the same as to what you would experience at a St. Regis or Ritz Carlton. The overall hotel reminds me of the Marriott Autograph Collection Boutique hotels I stayed at in Europe. If you’re not familiar, google it. It’s high end and for a more discerning traveler. The food is AMAZING. I’d give it 5 stars! The fine dining breakfast is included in the stay, which blows my mind. It’s so good I’d pay extra for it. It’s next to the big church so location is perfect. Its not on the street. It’s on the sidewalk so there’s no traffic in front of the entrance. There’s lounge music playing throughout the courtyards, hot tub, and lounge area upstairs. Lounge Beds upstairs are super comfortable. There’s a honesty bar on the roof with Moet, beer, water, etc. There’s also fresh soft blankets and great pillows to chill out on. There’s a view of the upper part of the church. Lots of beautiful plants around the hotel. There’s an additional indoor area, aside from the bar, that’s full of lovely seating arrangements. The dining room looks like something out of the Victorian era. And yes....the hot tub is great after a long day of sightseeing! The trolley picks up people like 30 seconds away to go on the city tour. That’s nice but it was easier for us to just walk or taxi. We walked to Pancho Villas house and the other popular mansion. Worth it! Went to the caves! Even though it’s in Spanish and we don’t speak it well, it’s still incredible and fun! Just some tips...a casual, modern open air restaurant to eat lunch with notable street tacos is around the corner. It’s called Sotolerios. And for live music I recommend 7 Leguas. Again, more modern and open air. Really popular so make reservations. Downstairs from 7 Leguas are multiple restaurants. Last night a huge professional mariachi band was playing for the restaurants. So many options. It’s safe there too! Also the photos don’t do it justice! Only allowed to upload 10 photos. There’s so many great photos of the hotel that I don’t know which ones to choose.

It’s a little expensive, I haven’t eaten breakfast yet, everything else is fine.

We visited the city for a Martial Arts tournament and this place was across the street from it, we were not disappointed by our choice, these are suites with full kitchen, free WiFi and breakfast. We didn’t get a chance to use the indoor pool and spa but we did see it in full use by guest. At check in they had a little mistake by giving us a room already occupied but corrected before we unloaded the car. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous and professional. They did there best to feed an army of martial arts getting ready to compete. The next day most of them slept in and enjoyed our breakfast without being rushed for time. They went the extra mile to feed my hungry teenager, she got there 10 minutes before they ended breakfast but they kept feeding her. We didn’t leave till about 11am. The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed our stay, if you want to visit the downtown area you are about a mile away walking distance. We will be staying there again next year when we attend next years tournament.
