Mi spiace ma del 4 stelle hanno solo il prezzo e forse il panorama, ma tutto il resto è pessimo, nella spa non funziona l'idromassaggio, asciugamani e accappatoio e ciabatte a pagamento, ma quando mai ??? Il cibo è pessimo, mai mangiato così male in montagna, la colazione misera, caffè e succhi solo della macchinetta, come affettati solo salame e prosciutto cotto (che costano poco), personale giovanissimo e altamente inesperto e inconcludente, mi spiace per il sig. GIOVANNI capo sala e maitre, che si da da fare ai massimi.

Appena tornati da 6 notti in questo hotel. Siamo stati molto bene, camera con vista sul lago mansardata spettacolare. Cibo a colazione e cena buonissimo. Tutti i dipendenti gentilissimi. Il nostro piccolo Riccardo è stato coccolato da tutto lo staff, in sala tutti super gentili e disponibili. La struttura è un pò datata e sicuramente la saletta per i bimbi al -2 non è un granché ma la differenza la fanno le persone, quando in un posto sei trattato con sorrisi e gentilezza non ti pesano affatto alcune lacune. Grazie a tutti!!!

Luogo incantato, veduta da favola, posizione eccellente. Ottimi servizi forniti, camera, Spa e ristorazione. Personale gentile e disponibile, in particolare camerieri e Maitre, quest'ultimo dotato anche di ottima vena artistica, apprezzabile nelle serate di piano-bar.

Ci hanno dato una camera al 3 piano, con vista lago. Bella la vista, peccato che c'era un caldo infernale e le camere sono sprovviste di aria condizionata. Solo un piccolo ventilatore per raffrescare la stanza. Hanno installato anche un nuovo impianto Daikin (ma c'è stato detto che fa solo riscaldamento). Assurdo, ormai che facevano l'impianto potevano installare una pompa di calore che facesse anche freddo con lo stesso split. Essendo impiantista faccio notare che l'impianto elettrico (come tutto l'hotel) va rinnovato. Impianto anti incendio non a norma. L'elettroserratura della camera non funzionava, lo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno detto che mandavano manutentore a sistemare ma al nostro ritorno nulla è cambiato. Unica nota positiva: la colazione e la gentilezza del personale del ristorante.

Siamo stati io e mia moglie per il ponte del 2 giugno.Struttura che ha una vista mozzafiato sul lago,col suo fascino del gand hotel .Ci hanno assegnato una camera al terzo piano vista lago fantastica ,ben tenuta molto spaziosa, ristorante con uno staff ben organizzato guidato dal sig.Giovanni con una gentilezza rara, cucina buona e curata dalla colazione alla cena, abbiamo passato quattro giorni bellissimi non vediamo l'ora di tornarci, lo consiglio vivamente.

L'hotel ha indubbiamente bisogno di una solida rinfrescata; si vedono gli anni che pesano su tutto ma tutto sommato non è malvagio; do un 4 stelle perchè spero una rigenerata totale altrimenti sarebbero 3. Da apprezzare la cucina ma al bar...manca il personale. Per il resto pulito, reception disponibili e gentili.

Struttura rimaste nei anni 60 , mancanza di personale sono andata a fare un aperitivo con mia figlia al bar senza successo visto che c’era una persona sola a fare tutto che mi ha lasciata ad aspettare senza mai parlarmi circa 40 min , la spa niente da fare tutto rovinato veramente soldi sprecati
