Albergo storico a gestione famigliare, molto accogliente e ben curato. Cena e colazione abbondanti e di buona qualità. Alloggiavamo nella parte dell’edificio storica e le camere non erano di molte pretese, nella parte nuova le camere invece sono decisamente molto più moderne, tuttavia sono curate e molto pulite. Comodissimo lo skybus davanti l’albergo. Esiste una stanza spaziosa per gli sci e gli scarponi e un ascensore che porta direttamente dalle camere alla spa provvista di bagno turco, sauna e vasca idromassaggio, piccoli ma efficienti e pulitissimi.

Abbiamo trascorso quasi una settimana di vacanza in questo Hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero bene: atmosfera famigliare, ottima colazione, cene per lo più della tradizione, curate e di buona qualità (e giusta quantità), con qualche variante per cambiare un po'! Gestione del tutto famigliare, con grande cura per la pulizia della struttura e delle camere. Abbiamo apprezzato la Spa che per quanto piccola, mette a disposizione una sauna, un bagno turco, una cabina IR e un idromassaggio accessibile anche dai bambini (a volte risulta un po' chiassosa, ma con un po' di tolleranza per i bambini è davvero uno spazio carino) ...dimenticavo l'area relax per godere dei benefici del calore. I servizi per raggiungere le piste da sci (sempre perfette) sono ottimi, lo skibus si ferma a pochi metri dall'Hotel. Se devo dare un consiglio per migliorare potrei dire che qualche torta alla mattina farebbe piacere, così come una tisana da sorseggiare nell'area relax.

Close to Kronplatz
Pleasant place to stay. Good base for a week's skiing at Kronplatz. We use our car, but I think it's possible to take the skibus from a stop near the hotel.

Siamo stati in vacanza 3 gorni in questo Hotel, molto pulito personale gentile, non sono stata molto soddisfatta sulla cucina, specialmente la colazione ,io essendo celiaca avevo solo 2 panini , niente biscotti, niente torte...per il prezzzo pagato mi e' swmbrato un poì poco....

L’Hotel è molto carino sia fuori che dentro, le stanze sono ampie e la vista è piacevole ! Il cibo delizioso. Ottima posizione a 10 minuti in macchina da Brunico centro e 15 dagli impianti di risalita. Lo staff è sempre gentile e molto disponibile!

My first room was full of bedbuggs, at least 20 under my pillow and more in the bed. I got to change room in the middle of the night. I didn't see any in the new room but my arms and legs have plenty of bites from them. Of not for the bedbuggs i would give the hotel an average score. No other in my group had the same experiance

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber aktuell immer wieder renoviert! Frühstück für Südtirol eher lieblos und auch überschaubar. Auch beim Abendessen ist noch Luft nach oben!
