Leaking taps in the bathroom, making the entire floor wet, cockroaches, mosquitoes in the room, stinky bedsheets. The corridor was smelly. Overall worst experience.

The hotel is a dump. We checked in at 2 PM and immediately asked for a set of towels and soap. This was missing. At 8 PM I still did not get a set of towels and soap. The front desk was lying outright about it. The operations manager was asking me to relax. It still took them about 30 mins to get me something so rudimentary. The room service was not there. The building was in a delapitated state and under repairs. Please be warned ... This is not a place to stay!

The hotel was looking good from outside but the maintenance of rooms gave me a bad experience. Ac is not working properly and the fan provided in the room makes lot of noise. When asked about the same, we were suggested to reduce the fan speed.

1. Photos provided are totally deceiving as this hotel going through major renovations. 2. Had to register tell them to replace the bedsheets as they were not fresh. We saw the same sheet being reused as we were waiting for the room during check in
3. Bathroom not at all as expected due to ongoing renovations 4. Morning breakfast skipped as the dining place was not at all neat. We had it from nearby hotel which was awesome
5. Towels given were all old ones
6. Very poor management and for service lapse they keep pointing to couple of service people who was taking care of the entire work. Which is not the case. Issue is with the management team. Only plus point is the location.

Initially, they allotted me in 1st floor, which is not at all good, then when i complained, they shifted me to 2nd floor, which is very good.

Mortified with the hotel ! the hotel is totally under construction/ renovation! they didn’t even on the compressor for the ac to be turned on and it never worked till the end! we ended up vacating by 10pm!

we wanted to stay for couple of hours. in search we found this. had a nice stay. only concern is we paid whole day rent for just two hours

I normally do not give bad reviews but this had to be done. Overpriced, not even blankets in the room, bed bugs, no towels or toiletries, bathroom not cleaned. In such a competitive world, i dont know how such properties think they will survive

Stayed here for 3 nights as all other hotels were full. The suite room toilet smelt like a public toilet when i checked in. Dampness marks were found on almost all walls, no ventilation. Also lot of unfinished civil work in the hotel very few staff, so anything we ask for took no less than 30 minutes, will definitely not recommend anyone to stay here
