I find hotel natraj property location through makemytrip/google map. Room service is poor. Tv/phone not working. No water bottle. No towel

Location and car parking ok, but no service minimum service, even luggage we have shifted from the car also while checking out also. No service even for tea. Not recommended.

The hotel is around 500 metres from the south gate. It has few car parking available. Staff is polite and they allowed us early check in. There is a scope of improvement as far as cleanliness is concerned. Also the minor renovation is a must.

Horrible experience, no amenities provided as informed by you. Nothing is clean and neat. Dirty mattresses, pillow and towel. No hot water, wifi and others.
