I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Saradharam in Chidambaram. The location is excellent—very close to the temple and easily accessible. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere with well-maintained rooms and helpful staff. The in-house restaurant serves delicious South Indian cuisine, and the food quality was consistent throughout my stay. Facilities like parking and room service were convenient and efficient. Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money choice for both pilgrims and travelers. I’d definitely recommend it to those visiting Chidambaram for a peaceful and hassle-free experience.

This hotel is located just opposite to the bus stand and nearer to Sri Nataraja temple. I believe the management is changed. Room was neat. But there was no complete menu card in the room. No information regarding phone number to contact reception or room cleaning was there. Nobody was taking call for room service. When we asked buttermilk it was not served cold( in this summer). Room service was poor. They didn't give token for complimentary breakfast on their own. Though breakfast was good, when we took cut fruits small cockroaches were running from it and also on the dining table. Rava pongal had no lentils in it, only rava.Hygiene is a question mark.Girl serving at Anu Pallavi was kind and is doing her job well.

Actually location was good.very near by Railwaystation. .food also good. But second day lift is not working. Myself and my mother suffered.

A terrible place to stay. Bathroom prehistoric. Bedsheets ruffled and used. Reception dis courteous. Bills of driver not maintained properly. It's near the temple but no other benefit. Search for better hotels nearby. Stayed there for one night. Pre paid Buffet breakfast miserable. 2nd cup of tea frowned upon and served with humiliating overture. Avoidable.

Hotel has good location. Rooms are quite outdated. Many leakages in washroom. Not worth the money you pay. Look for some better option in the same rate. Good parking facility and also hotel has in-house vegetarian restaurant.

The hotel needs a lot of improvement in terms of service, front reception appearance to get a better rating. The lights in our room were flickering all the time through the night. While the people in the hotel were nice, i think the management has to drastically elevate the standard of this hotel as it is receiving many foreign visitors and nri’s like me
