Das Hotel scheint - so sagte *** mir - noch das beste am Platz zu sein, hat somit eine gewissen Monopolrolle. Auf der ruht es sich anscheinend aus. Negativ aufgefallen ist zum Einen die Sauberkeit im Essbereich während des schlichten Frühstücks (schmutzige Tischdecken). Zum Anderen ist das Personal der Rezeption wenig freundlich. Es wird umständlich bürokratisch eingecheckt. Beim Auschecken wurde ich genötigt, eine Bewertung in einem Buch zu hinterlassen. Mir wurde die Rechnung für einen Kaffee aufgedrückt, den ich irrtümlich für den von mir gar nicht bestellten, aber einfach auf den Frühstückstisch gestellten, Kaffee im Frühstücksraum hielt, weshalb ich ihn auch mürrisch bezahlte. Später erfuhr ich von der Reiseleiterin, *** hätte mir einen aufs Zimmer gebrachten Kaffee berechnet, den ich aber nie erhalten habe. Das Personal fordert teils offen Trinkgelder. In einem anderen Stockwerk als meinem kam mir ein Zimmermädchen schreiend entgegen und hielt die Hand auf. Im hellhörigen Flur werden spätabends Familienfeten gefeiert, ohne dass das jemand unterbindet. Außerdem riecht alles nach Mottenkugeln. Positiv ist zu vermelden, dass das Zimmer sauber war, das Bad zudem renoviert. Und wer den gewissen nostalgischen Charme von alten Ostblock-Hotels mag, wird sich hier halbwegs wohl fühlen. Für mehr als zwei Punkte langt es aber nicht.

This is a 1 star property. Very unhygienic food. Bedsheets were stained. Staff was pleasant but hardly understood english

Location is good. Rooms were good and clean. Complementary break fast can be made better. Parking for around 15 cars.

Rooms are recently renovated and therefore good rooms. Service is poor. They charge for extra person but they keep amenities for two people. 2 bottles of water, no dental kit, upon requesting for 3 dental kits they came with only two. When i asked why only 2 dental kits and not there they said we provide only two. I had to literally raise my voice for the third one and finally i got my third dental kit. Same was the case with water. Breakfast needs lot of improvement. There is no idly, dosa, tea and the ones available like pongal, poori, and pod i idly tasted very bad. Coffee you have to wait like 15 or 30 minutes. Grape juice is not juice but syrup. For diabetic people the sugar levels will just shoot up. Sandwich don't even touch because there is every possibility of your stomach will get upset. I asked for 3 bed coffees through room service which never came until check out. One way it was nice or else i would have regretted. There is lot of scope for improvement.

Rooms are recently renovated. Value for money. Food taste is excellent. Will definitely visit again.
