The room is very pretty. Beds can be pulled up easily with a button, so the room basically becomes a living room. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Staff were helpful and nice. Good breakfast. Absolutely recommend

Nous sommes allé à cet hôtel du 4 au 6 juillet, nous avions réservé en avril et nous avions même payé à ce moment. Nous avions payé un supplément pour avoir le dernier étage avec vue sur la rivière. Le check-in est à 15 heures sur leur application mais à 16 heures sur leur site, donc à clarifier. Nous sommes arrivé à l'avance à 13h30 et nous avons demandé si la chambre était prête, à tout hasard. La jeune fille nous dit oui votre chambre est prête mai la jeune fille à côté d'elle dit mais on ne peut pas vous la laisser car le check-in est à 16 heures et on devra alors vous chargez un supplément. On a voyagé dans plus de 100 hôtels et partout ailleurs quand la chambre est prête, il nous la laisse sans frais. Partout... du jamais vu. On retourne finalement à 15 heures et elle nous dit chambre au premier étage, on lui dit qu'on a payé un supplément en avril pour avoir une vue au 4e étage et elle nous dit vous allez avoir une vue. On voyait bien le poteau d'indication des rues et un très petit bout de la rivière entre 2 édifices. Et comble de malheur, en arrivant chez nous on voit qu'il nous avait rechargé la chambre (qu'on avait pourtant payé en avril) sur notre carte de crédit. Donc très mauvaise expérience pour notre 10e visite à cet hôtel qui nous avait pourtant comblé auparavant.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hotel au nouvesu concept Hyvy. Personnel super professionnel courtois, à l'écoute de nos besoins et questions le tout dans un climat joyeux, accueillant, avec qui j'ai passé des moments uniques. A répéter.

La salle de bain est vieille et le bain est dégoûtant
La plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas et personne n’est venu après 2 demandes
Ils ont rénové la réception mais les chambres sont désuètes et le service est médiocre
Je vais régulièrement dans cette région et c’est le pire hôtel que j’ai fait. Nous avions la suite panoramique

The hotel gives the wrong impression from the outside. We were welcomed by Isabel who was a real gem in checking us in and providing all the information we needed. We got a room on the highest floor and had a very nice view on the river and the church. The room was very nice with enough charging stations and a kitchenette. There are some shops and restaurants in the direct neighborhood. Unfortunately the weather was not so good, so we did not go out. Breakfast was surprisingly served at the table by a nice young lady at her first working day. There were 2 choices and the dishes were very tasteful. The gym had some basic equipment as a treadmill and bikes and some loose weights. We also loved the interior and the decoration of the hotel.
