Muy linda experiencia y comodidad total, limpieza, atención de desayuno, habitación fresca, agua caliente, servicio de lavandería, El personal del hotel muy amables y preocupados desde la llegada hasta la partida del huésped. Pedí taxi de confianza para movilizarnos. Nos llevaron a los lugares más emblemáticos y bellos de Chiclayo. La Playa de Pimentel hermosa, Museo de Bruning bello. Traemos las más bellas fotos y recuerdos Volveremos nos faltó Huaca Rajada y vale mucho la pena Pimentel El hotel muy bien situado a plazas, restaurantes, Tottus, Metro, cafés, farmacias. Céntrico y tranquilo 100% felices

Me gusto el servicio y la ubicación, amables todos y me gusta que tengan varias toallas y buena iluminación. Lo que podría mejorar es el ascensor no funciona bien para bajar y quizá agregar shampoo individual. La ubicación está cerca a todo.

Todo el personal fue súper amable y atento. La habitación muy limpia e higiénica. La ubicación muy céntrica, en avenida principal, cerca a supermercados. Lo único que deberían cambiar es el cable, poquísimos y aburridos canales. Por lo demás, muy satisfecho.

El control remoto del televisor no estaba bien su pila, no tenía tapa y se caía. Lo demás estaba perfecto, bastante acogedor y la atención de las señoritas de recepción es súper excelente, me sentí como en casa, comoda , muy a gusto. Recomendado.

El personal es muy amable, atentos. El servicio de limpieza bueno. Solo algo pequeña la habitación doble, pero de ahí todo bien. El closet es amplio La ubicación del hotel es buena, no está lejos del parque central. El desayuno bueno también.

Lo recomiendo 100% fui sola por trabajo. Está ubicado en un lugar céntrico, es un alojamiento tranquilo, cerca hay muchos lugares donde salir a comer. En el hotel hubo bastante amabilidad por parte de la recepcionista y demas personal. Muy cómodo, limpio y seguro.
