Cómo era de esperar las instalaciones es lo mejor del hotel, en el tema espectáculo a excepción del viernes (Riu Party) muy flojito. El personal muy atento y servicial. En el apartado gastronómico los restaurantes temáticos no ofrecen prácticamente nada nuevo, mejor ir al principal.

Fuimos un fin de semana y todo espectacular, la fiesta de blanco fue increíble y la performance del equipo de animadores y el dj inolvidables. Lo único malo a reseñar es que a las 8 de la mañana los dos días nos despertaron muchos ruidos, el primer día unos huéspedes y el domingo las limpiadoras discutiendo en los pasillos y en la puerta de la habitación de al lado. La comida del buffet super buen y tienen rincón vegetariano por la noche, podrían dejarlo al medio día también que los vegetarianos también almorzamos.

José. Buenos días, en este hotel habia cucarachas en la habitación durante nuestra estancia, y no un dia, si no varios dias, increible. En pleno siglo XXI , y con el precio que tiene este hotel de la cadena RIU. La verdad es que nos ha defraudado bastante el Hotel, esta' catalogado como 4 estrellas, pero no ofrece la limpieza, el servicio y la tranquilidad oportuna ni mucho menos. Fuimos por ocio en un viaje familiar en Mayo 2024, y nos encontramos un hotel con cucarachas en la habitación, ....si cucarachas. Tras advertir a recepción de la existencia de cucarachas, no nos informaron del procedimiento posterior de limpieza ni desinsectacion de la habitación. Resumiendo, ni hicieron una ni la otra cosa, y mucho menos nos ofrecieron otra habitación. Incluso otro cliente formuló la misma queja en recepción sobre las cucarachas de su habitación el mismo día que nosotros..., de nacionalidad extranjera por cierto. Otra queja importante es el ruido que produce parte del personal de limpieza a primerísima hora de la mañana, y no atender al llamarle la atención ni disculparse siquiera. Así como no llamar la atención y al orden a determinados clientes que venían en grandes familias y que perturban la tranquilidad en zonas comunes y piscinas, saltándose las normas de civismo. La bebida es de muy baja calidad, por cierto. También digo, que su personal de restauracion y actividades de ocio es excelente, muy servicial y atento, y agradezco su atención. No es un hotel de 4 estrellas en sus servicios y limpieza.

Pase unos días geniales con mi pareja un sitio estupendo y repetiré otras vacaciones lo único que me falto fue más marcha para los adultos por la noche termina demasiado pronto la fiesta pero todo lo demás genial servicio limpieza trato de 10

Tout était parfait; repas varié ( choix de plats, dessert, fromages, fruits, glace…) Boissons à volonté de bonne qualité + cocktail. Personnel très à l’écoute ; il est très disponible et accueillant. Un séjour à refaire……..trop court.

Toda la estancia ha sido muy buena, salvo que deberian mejorar las bebidas, son bastante malas, solo ofrecen frutos secos con las bebidas, no hay opcion a aceitunas o patatitas...
