First of all, the annex was extremely dirty and far from the bathroom, so by the time I got to my room I was completely cold. ! ! ! ! The hot spring water is dirty and there is a lot of floating hair. The hot spring itself is extremely small... All the dishes that were described as delicious were completely cold and crunchy. No one touched the tempura, which had been fried for a long time, and the red roast beef. The curry was so spicy that I quit after one bite. There are so many terrible places that I can't count them all. In conclusion, spending over 30,000 yen, that room, that hot spring, and that meal was "too much". I deeply regret it. I would like to see corporate efforts!

別館5階のメゾネットタイプの部屋に夫婦で宿泊しました。 温泉は広くはないですが、露天風呂もあり眺望が楽しめました。 食事は朝晩ともビュッフェでしたが、野菜のお料理が沢山あり、健康的な気分になりました。もちろんお肉料理もあります。 お部屋は、正直なところ外観は古く、がっかりなところもありましたが、トイレやお風呂を含めた室内はリフォームしたばかりのようで、とても清潔でした。 メゾネットでしたが各フロアにベッドが2台づつありました。（二人で使用したので下のフロアのベッドのみ使用しました。） 大きい窓がついており眺望は抜群でしたが、この猛暑ですので午後は西日で部屋がかなり暑くなりました。もちろん各フロアに新しいエアコンがありますので快適に設定できます。 上のフロアからはバルコニーにでることができ、星空を眺望できます。ただ今回は暑くて窓越しで眺めていました。 ホテルまでは西武秩父駅に迎えに来ていただき、翌朝は秩父鉄道秩父駅まで送っていただきました。 自然に囲まれた環境でのんびりできて良かったです。 特に野菜料理好きな方にはお勧め致します。

There were roast beef, tandoori chicken, pork ribs, sashimi, etc., but I felt unsatisfactory considering the original price. The concept is that the vegetables come from the attached field, but not all of them. Said the feeling. Depending on the season, most of the fruits were imported. Staff are very polite. Since it is summer vacation, there are many families even on weekdays. There seems to be a good sense of the person who guides the restaurant seats, but there is a high probability that families with children and three generations will be seated with a good view. This time, I was able to stay at an exceptional price, so I have no complaints.
