As always the stay was wonderful, staff very friendly and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre with free parking. You could not hear any noise from the bar area when in the bedroom. Tea and coffee provided even a free beer in the room

Nice enough spacious room, good bed and ok value, considering I didn’t read in time before booking there is a nightclub disco going on one floor below to 3am!!!!…. However the tv was worse than useless with a permanent flickering and appalling satellite signal making viewing impossible…. I tried everything to improve the signal including reprogramming through settings but was hopeless… will never stay again sadly…

We were in Chichester for a theatre weekend. We were warned of a late night event, and it was noisy but didn’t seem to spread to the room we were in too much. The bed was VERY comfortable indeed, and we slept very well, noise ‘n’ all. Second night you could have heard a pin drop, very quiet!! The staff were very efficient and helpful, and a good cooked breakfast.

Well located and clean, but matresses very uncomfortable. Noisy but was expected as the rooms are over a late night bar (earplugs provided). Hot water and good in-room facilities refreshments. Breakfast very good and was provided hot food on the Monday even though I got the timings wrong and was 10 mins late. Plenty of space to work in the bar downstairs during the day. Expensive though for such uncomfortable beds!

Great location close to the Cathedral. Spacious, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, but could be served earlier. Really friendly staff. Plus for the available parking in that location. If you are bothered by the music (we were not), consider other location

Bei der Buchung über *********** ist leider nicht ersichtlich, dass der Pub, der zum Hotel gehört ab donnerstags bis samstags zur Discothek wird. Wir haben bis 3 Uhr kein Auge zugetan und daher unsere zweite Nacht - leider nicht kostenlos- storniert.

There staff here couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They were lovely on the phone when we called with a query about our booking and went out of their way to be helpful for the duration of the stray. We chose this place because the reviews all said how great the staff are - and they were right.

The bed was very comfortable but it creaked every time you moved. Room was a good size, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Good location for the centre of Chichester. Many thanks go to the member of staff who helped us to get our car started after a flat battery.

Great room very good staff see some negatives about noise but didn’t find it at all that noisy we stayed Friday night so bar was in full swing downstairs. Great starting point for walks the canal walk is really nice and a lovely pub about halfway the spotted cow . We would definitely stay here again thank you to everyone at hotel for our lovely time
