Mayaland Hotel & Bungalows

Place immersed in the Mexican jungle a few steps from the ruins of Chichen Itza. It seems to have great potential but it is left a bit to itself and is large and with little available staff. It can be convenient only if you do not want to move after visiting the ruins.

The hotel has a sense of age that complements the surrounding environment. If you like luxury, don't stay here. If you like the environment and retro feel, it is highly recommended.

I originally planned to stay here one night in advance when I chose this hotel, and then go see the pyramids from the exclusive entrance of the hotel early in the morning to avoid the crowds. When I checked in, I discovered that the hotel entrance had been closed two years ago during the epidemic! You still have to drive around in a big circle to get back to the main entrance of the scenic spot to enter the park. The hotel lobby is very beautiful, and the sunset photos are excellent. There was also a large peacock walking around the hotel. The room was not bad either. The overall feeling is that the price/performance ratio is not very high. There may not be many customers, and the swimming pool and other facilities are not well maintained. I originally booked a room with breakfast included, but for some reason, I couldn't see this item in the hotel order. I was in a hurry and didn't bother to argue with them, so I paid first. Later, Ctrip customer service helped communicate and complete the refund. Thumbs up!

Good hotel, nice staff, very large and beautiful area.

The structure is beautiful and in a convenient location. It's a shame that it is dilapidated, destroyed and in a very poor state of maintenance. For the most part closed and with minimal staff. Dirty and with very little choice for dinner and breakfast. I believe that in the past it was a great hotel but now it is not and Turisanda would do well to delete it from its hotels instead of continuing to send us unaware tourists who spend a lot for nothing
