The front desk service is very good
But the efficiency of valet parking needs to be improved. It took about 20 minutes for the bus to arrive.
The rooftop bar is not open in winter. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

cozy, small hotel in a good area, close to everything. the rooms have everything you need, a coffee machine, wine glasses, a minibar, a refrigerator, slippers, bathrobes and the necessary toiletries. From the window of the suite, a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. the cleaning was daily, but not perfect, there was a lot of dust in the corners on the floor and on the furniture, but it was a wonderful stay and the overall impression of the hotel did not spoil. I will stop in the future.

The location is good because it is located in downtown, and the facilities were clean and good because it was recently remodeled.

We had our daughter’s wedding at the Viceroy and everything was top notch! The rooms are nicely decorated, beds very comfortable with nice sheets and fluffy pillows, shower is amazing, very spacious with multiple shower heads and nice toiletries. Elevators are fast! The reception hall includes the 4th floor outdoor terrace, which essentially doubles your space, and has a view of the John Hancock and the lake. Top notch service ALL around!! Highly recommend.

The staff could not have been more helpful. Alison Theureau was my personal concierge and was able to arrange reservations at the last minute. She had several options and was able to get the time requested. I am glad I took her advice. Kameron at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and arranged a room upgrade at my request. David from the bell staff ran the entrance like a pro and arranged a ride on a moment's notice. Eileen is now my favorite barista because she knew what I wanted while I waited in line. She was always open promptly and had everything I needed. I will be back to the Viceroy Chicago every time I visit that city. E

Had a tremendous time in Chicago. Celebrating my 6 year anniversary. Highlights were staying at the Viceroy and watching Yankees vs Cubs at wrigley A big shout out to Alison, the concierge at Viceroy. Recommended a great restaurant and Jazz club. What a great night. Thank you Alison David, our bell hop, Just outstanding customer service We ate one of our best breakfast at the hotel restaurant. If you ever visit Chicago, stay at the viceroy !!!
