It was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .

The building is very old. It's close to the highway, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might not be able to sleep.
There was only one outlet and no mirror on the desk, which was inconvenient. The lid of the trash can in the bathroom was dirty and I felt uncomfortable touching it.
Breakfast was included, but everything was cold except for the rice and miso soup.
The bread in the Western-style meal was cold and hard.
My friend's room was apparently filled with cockroaches.
It's within walking distance of the station and the staff were kind, though!
