整個環境非常的好，遊戲區也很乾淨，早上早餐非常多選擇，補菜也很快，雖然晚上睡覺隔壁房有小朋友在尖叫，我有打電話到櫃檯，有力馬幫我處理。效率非常好

位置離南故宮很近，樓下有711跟麪包店，但要吃熱炒或地道美食需要開車，不提供一次性用品的政策很糟，整體還算不錯

很適合親子旅遊，服務人員不太會主動告知相關資訊，像是住積木房，就不會說有樂園可以使用，打掃房務快速。其餘都還不錯。

第二次住這了，位子好的飯店，去南院超方便，之前第一次住感覺隔音不好，這次住滿滿滿卻沒啥噪音，進步很多。周邊店家也幾乎都有營業了跟7，8年前真的有差。

飯店房間規規矩矩的，兩床房型房間的走道空間還蠻小的，飯店位置離故宮南院非常近。3樓的兒童遊戲室空氣有點悶，暑假期間客人較多早餐分流，餐點一般般。
