The room is big, the bed is good, the sheets and bedding are clean, there is hot water for bathing, there is heating, the sleep quality is comfortable, the sound insulation is not very good, but individual guests take good care of themselves, there is no impact, the toilet smells a bit like feces, but close the toilet seat , turn on the exhaust fan and close the toilet door. It was 8 degree at 5pm but we had to wait until 9pm for room heater to be turned on. Then we were told at 9pm that we had to wait another 20min for the heater to warm up. Do not book this hotel if you visit in winter and cannot withstand the cold. The staff were unfriendly. Room wise, the toilet is tiny and no seat warmer on the toilet bowl. The only pro is the good location, within 5min walk to 7 eleven and Alishan train station.

The room is clean and comfortable, and there is a large bathtub for taking a bath. However, please note that toothbrushes are not provided. You may need to ask at the counter yourself. Since I brought it myself, I didn’t ask.
In addition, the breakfast restaurant is right opposite Alishan Station. After watching the sunrise and taking the train, I just had breakfast and went back to the room to catch up on some sleep.

I’ve booked room for six pax and room was quite good. Only issue was that the shower/toilet area was narrow and the water splashes out and it can be slippery. Check in is strictly at 3pm and breakfast area is at one of the shop located outside the hotel.
