TTANThis is the best hotel that I ever stayed in Taiwan. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The room that we booked are above our expectation!
Breakfast was included and cafe just beside the lobby. Thus, we no need to worry about the foods in the morning.
This hotel located just within the walking distance to the night market.
Definitely will stay again in future if I visit to Chiayi.

HHSIAOThe location is convenient, only a 1-minute walk to the Wenhua Road Night Market. The room is comfortable. Parking has to be done in a public parking lot 5 minutes' walk away. It's free! Breakfast has many colors and is delicious! Great value for money!

AAnonymous UserThe two girls who received the guests were kind. But there is still room for improvement in care, such as: when guests check in, remind guests to dowload contact first (avoid careless guests). Because after we checked out, the room key has been handed over and we cannot enter and exit freely. When we returned to pick up and store our luggage, we pressed three times and no one opened the door. When we were busy, we saw a reminder phone number by the door. After receiving it, the friendly woman immediately responded and opened the door for us to catch and get on the train.

Ddisplay_name_We had a great stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, with a fun foosball table, PlayStation, and an awesome breakfast and supper. The gatchapon and board game room were a unique touch that really added to the experience. The room itself was very comfortable, and I especially liked the AI assistant for added convenience.
The only downside was the location—it was a bit far from key attractions. While there was a bus stop nearby, we couldn't catch the bus due to a detour from ongoing construction or something. Despite this, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a fun, comfortable stay!

HHhtnkdA very conspicuous building next to the Heping Road roundabout in Chiayi City.
I thought the exterior was extravagant enough, but I didn’t expect that the interior furnishings would make me involuntarily admire it as soon as I entered the door.
Various antiques and artificial green plants, combined with floral tiles and curtains, create a unique atmosphere. There is also a bar on the top floor which is open from 8pm to 12:30pm. It is a very unique restaurant and is perfect for a short vacation.

GGigieggThe location of the hostel was excellent—just a short walk from the train station and the cultural night market. There were also convenience stores nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. The common area was well-equipped with a kitchen, fridge, and various utensils, so cooking your own meals was easy. Since guests are required to wear slippers inside, the entire space was kept very clean. They provided body wash and shampoo, but do remember to bring your own towel, toothpaste, and toothbrush.
However, there were a few drawbacks. While they did have a luggage lift, I was expecting a passenger elevator because the booking site mentioned an elevator in the facilities, which felt a bit misleading. Additionally, the bathroom lighting was oddly designed—bright in the middle but quite dim at the sink and mirror area. Another minor inconvenience was that, although they provided hangers, there wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes. If you're planning to stay for several days, this could be a bit troublesome.
Overall, a great option for short stays, especially with its convenient location and clean facilities.

GGuest UserIf you drive, don't stay at this hotel. Parking is very expensive. The parking lot next to it costs 560 nt$ for one night. This is the most expensive parking fee I have ever paid. The hotel does not provide bottled water, and there is no place to fill water. Buying water costs 80 nt$, which is not cheap. There is nothing else. It is basically consistent with the introduction. The bathroom is small, the room is OK, clean and sanitary.

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!
