The front desk staff were friendly and nice. However, when we arrived around 1pm, we had to wait until 3pm to check in, as early check-in wasn’t allowed, which was a bit disappointing. The washroom had an unpleasant smell, likely due to the drainage system, but they thoughtfully provided an air freshener. The triple room’s bathroom was a bit small, probably due to the design, and lacked space to hang clothes. The location is very convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk to Chiayi Train Station. One of the best parts of the stay was the luggage storage service — since we were heading to Alishan the next day, we could leave our large suitcases at the hotel overnight and pick them up when we returned. Also, the nearby restaurant serving Chiayi meat soup is great — definitely worth a try!

Only stayed one night, overall it was ok.
The location is convenient, within a 10-minute walk from the night market.
The mattress is super soft, and the elders in my family said it caused back pain

The location is quite good! Close to the cultural night market. The counter is open 24 hours a day and parking spaces can be reserved in advance. The quadruple room we stayed in had a bathtub, and the dry and wet separation was very safe for the elders and children. recommend
