服務人員態度親切，房間廁所乾淨舒適，隔音很好，泳池旁還附有沖澡間，兒童遊戲室有桌球、撞球檯、電動車、彈珠台等等

房間舒適，棉被很暖，會蓋到流汗，衣櫃上方有多一顆枕頭可以使用，隔壁房間如有小孩較易吵，還會來入住。。

住宿上體驗很良好，有停車場可以停，有親子的區域，隔音還算不錯，裡頭空間很大，洗澡水強與熱水不錯，服務人員有問必答，動作迅速，早餐有多種選擇，中式西式都有，也有提供素食（還蠻好吃的）。
公共設施幾乎都要另外收費，但價錢還算合理，要先去一樓預約，其他在B1租借的有免費租借的switch 與撞球與桌球可遊玩，也有付費小型機台選擇。
茶水間要去六樓，要跑上跑下有點麻煩，而地理位置離市區比較遠，叫計程車出去需要要提早（可以請櫃檯幫忙叫車），但也還好。
