This stay was a very uncomfortable experience. The toilet bowl in the bathroom was not sure whether it was old or not because it was not cleaned properly, but left very uncomfortable dirt. When I notified the front desk staff to come and check, the staff simply said that the dirt was not dirty, but was a stain left by the toilet bowl itself. So how did the stain form? This is very confusing to us guests and we have the attitude that we can stay or not.
