早餐很美味。服務人員很親切

房間整潔舒服，空間還是挺大，有浴缸。房間包含早餐，味道正常，不過款式不多。如果下次來的話還會考慮入住的。

We stayed in two rooms for two nights. The room smelled very smokey on the first day. The front desk staff immediately changed our room. The situation was better, but the carpet was dirty, the floor was dented, the bed was soft, and the sleep was not very stable. When we returned to the hotel the next evening, we found that the air conditioner was completely broken. The counter staff replied that the machine did not show any faults and asked us to use a fan to blow it. ️However, the air conditioning on the entire third floor is out of order‼ ️ We went to the counter again to ask, and they finally agreed to let us move to the room on the 2nd floor. But the lights were not on in the entire corridor on the second floor (they were turned on the next 'morning'), so we could only use the flashlight on our cell phones to find the room and turn on the lights... Fortunately, the room was not bad, the floor was clean, and the bed was comfortable and of moderate hardness. The bathroom is not clean enough, and there are water stains... I don’t know if it’s because of the booking site that the room I was assigned was so poor (or if there are ‘fixed’ floors for online guests).. But this hotel has many school groups staying there for competitions, and we think the cleanliness can be improved. Kids nowadays are prone to allergies, so can we completely convert the carpets into floors? It will be easier to clean and won’t absorb bad odors.

The service quality needs to be improved.

The service attitude of the staff on duty at 9:00 am on March 1 and 2 was really bad 👎 I told her the license plate number, but she ignored me and told me to just park outside and find a spot myself when I came back. Another day, cockroaches were found in room 319. We notified the counter during check-out and asked for enhanced cleaning. The staff on duty had no expression on their face and said they would report it to the duty manager. They also said that they would not give us any compensation at the moment. This kind of service attitude has greatly reduced the friendly image of Taiwan for foreign tourists. There was no shampoo in room 316, and it was not replaced after 2 days of notification. The service auntie at the breakfast area is friendly and smiling. The food is delicious and there are many choices. Highly recommended 👍🏻
