Royal Chiayi Hotel

This stay at this hotel was a great experience! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was very friendly and polite, and the check-in process was fast and professional, which made us feel very at ease. The room is clean and bright. Although the space is not particularly large, it is warmly decorated and has quite complete facilities, such as a hair dryer, kettle, and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and I had a restful night's sleep. Overall, this accommodation experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to friends who travel to this area. I will definitely visit again if I have the chance in the future!

During this trip to Chiayi to visit relatives, I stayed at the Royal International Hotel. This hotel left us with very fond memories. The hotel is clean, luxuriously equipped, has a hearty breakfast, and the attached restaurant is high-end with good quality and delicious dishes. The service staff is enthusiastic and there is a parking lot, which is very convenient. I will come again next time I go to Chiayi.

Very clean. Spacious. We had Japanese food for dinner. Very full. There is a green parkway in front where you can walk. It is great for eliminating indigestion. Breakfast options are rich and varied.

Check-out is at 12 o'clock. I received a phone call around 11:35-40 to remind me to check out. However, in less than 5 minutes, the power in the room was completely gone. I had to grope in the dark to use the bathroom, and it wasn't even 12 o'clock yet. It gave me a bad feeling, as if they were chasing the guests away. I went downstairs and got a response. The front desk said that there might be a power outage in the system. I don't know the actual situation. In addition, the day before yesterday, because the hotel was full, the car could only be parked in the basement. The height difference between the basement and the basement was too large, resulting in a large scratch on the chassis of the car. It is recommended to improve the parking ramp in the basement. But the room was really clean, and it was great to have a baby cot and bathtub, which was great.

I always stay at the hotel when I go to Chiayi. Although it is an old hotel, it is well maintained and the check-out time is 12 o'clock. I slept very happily. The only drawback is that the attitude of the service staff is not so friendly.

Clean and tidy, good overall quality, friendly and polite counter service, high cost performance, will visit again.
