實在不能說满意。 7月28号入住， 當天嘉義下大暴雨全市停班停課。 我們大约中午十二点過後到，到的时候櫃台就一位男性工作人员， 冷冷的说下午三点才能辦入住，即使是看到我們從外面滂沱大雨中狼狽的走進來。酒店規模不小房間不少，据我觀察當天入住的人並不多，绝對有空房，不知道堅持到下午三点才讓人入住是為什麼？ 我没多说，行李一放就先岀去吃飯了，心里觉得他们不通人情。 给我們的是一間面向耐斯廣場百货顶楼的房间。退房时發现另一侧房间，或另外三側房间景觀都會好很多。这又是為什麼？ 明明空房那麽多！ 自助早餐也不好。蔬菜類不管生的熟的賣相都差，讓人一點想拿的欲望都没有。 總之不推薦，也绝對不會再光顧了。 顺带一提，耐斯是嘉義當地一個老企業，做沐浴乳的。 小時候還常见他們的電视廣告，现在没有了， 連一般超市都很少看到在賣了。

親子設施只有小小閱讀區，自助洗衣洗烘只有各一台，以房間數來看需求不足，高樓層風景不錯
衛浴乾濕分離還不錯，整體整潔度算好的

1.床軟硬適中，好睡
2.淋浴間、浴缸都有，廁所可獨立使用
3.吹風機不是釘在牆壁上的，風力比較強
4.平面停車位空間大，不是機械停車位
5.房間外有大的會客區
6.一層有4部電梯很好等
