Très belle découverte de ce bel établissement 4 étoiles méritées. L'accueil en français à la réception est très apprécié. Le petit-déjeuner continental servi jusqu'à 10h30 proposé comporte un large choix de produits frais et de qualité. La gentillesse du personnel est constante.

1泊2食付き（夕食：部屋食、朝食：和食）のペットプランを、1名あたり19,000円で利用しました。 スイス風の建物と手入れされた庭園は、到着時に魅力的な印象を受けました。しかしながら、接客や食事といった「ソフト面」においては、改善が不可欠であると感じました。これまでの宿泊経験と比較すると、細やかな配慮が残念な点が多々あり、予約の取りやすさに繋がっているのではないかと思われます。提供された料金とサービスの内容を考慮すると、総合的にコストパフォーマンスは非常に悪く、ゼロベースでの見直しと多岐にわたる改善が必要であると強く感じました。 ■ 食事について気になった点 ・食材の質・量・調理法：料理の量はかなり控えめで、全体的に物足りなさを感じました。特にステーキはいかにも安価なパサついた外国産牛肉が使用されており、野菜も新鮮ではありませんでした。またご飯も炊き加減のせいでべちゃっとしており、小さな米粒も混ざっていて今一つの味でした。正直なところ、翌日に購入した店内キッチンのコンビニ弁当ご飯の方がはるかに美味しく感じられたことは非常に残念です。夕食・朝食ともに、食材を見直し、味付けや盛り付けを工夫すべきです。 ・料理の温度：調理後かなり時間が経過したとみられる料理が、冷めた状態で提供されました。食事が「できたて」であることは、宿泊施設として当然提供すべきサービスではないでしょうか。温めるためにセルフで電子レンジを使用させるという姿勢には非常に疑問を感じました。 ・夕食の盛り付けと器：弁当の重箱の中にわざわざ紙皿が敷かれているのは何故でしょうか。見た目が悪いだけでなく、量が少ない要因になっていると感じました。他では器にもこだわり、料理全体の雰囲気をより一層引き立てていることが多いです。 ■ サービスについて気になった点 スタッフの人数が限られているためか、細やかな気遣いを十分には感じる場面がありませんでした これまで全国各地を旅してきましたが、他の宿泊施設では、その土地ならではの食材を活かした美しい料理や、心のこもった温かい接客に触れる機会がほとんどです。こちらの宿でも、それらを参考に抜本的な改善がされることを期待しています。

Immer wieder schön im Monte Rosa Hotel Ferien zu verbringen. Top motivierte und aufmerksame Mitarbeitende. Auch wenn nicht das modernste Haus ist alles wunderbar gepflegt. Perfekte Lange mit Parking im Haus. Hundefreundlich. Exquisites Restaurant und ausgiebiges Frühstückbuffet. Poolanlage - alles perfekt!

We loved the jacuzzi!! it was really nice to spend some time on the swimming pool area, breakfast was great, the staff was really friendly and supportive. Hotel has a very good location, in the downtown but in a quiet street.

Sono qui in questo momento con la mia famiglia e la nostra cagnolina. È la nostra prima volta qui ma sicuramente torneremo. Camera fantastica e super pulita. Reception molto efficiente e molto gentili..oggi ci hanno prenotato anche il treno per le 5 terre. Colazione top e veramente tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Grazie per questo weekend magico❤️
