Nice, comfortable and well-served location. A few steps from the railway station, clubs and the historic center. Unfortunately breakfast is no longer served. You have to go to the pastry shop on the ground floor and queue like a normal customer of the café. There is no room reserved for hotel users. What you can order is limited. No eggs and bacon or cured meats or cold cuts. No cheeses. Only desserts or a ham and cheese toastie. There is reserved parking (one place only) at 15 euros per night. A service that is too expensive. The alternative is a free public parking according to the manager of the hotel 350 m away. In reality there are 700 of them. The acoustics of our room were terrible. The headboard of the bed adjoins the bathroom of the neighboring room. Even the words spoken could be distinguished.

This hotel is excellent for a 3 star. The room was comfortable with a terrace, the service very good and the cafe had a superb selection of sandwiches, cakes, croissants etc with friendly staff. It is ideally located beside the cathedral at the centre storico and a few minutes walk from the beach and train station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ottimo hotel, con camere ampie, pulitissime, e silenziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottimo anche il bar -pasticceria collegato, con un orario di apertura molto ampio e una vasta scelta di prodotti dolci e salati di produzione propria e qualità eccellente. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene da essere tornati a soggiornare all'hotel Dell'Orto già tre volte in poco tempo. Super consigliato.

Hotel Dell'Orto con ottima posizione,a due passi dal centro storico di Chiavari e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Eccellente pulizia delle stanze, con cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Bagno e doccia spaziosi e puliti. Lo staff dell'albergo è professionale,disponibile e molto cordiale. Possibilità di prima colazione nel bar-pasticceria ( ottimi i dolci e le brioches) attiguo all'hotel. Consigliatissimo!
