On a communication level it's really less than zero! Furthermore, ironically, in the morning we were not even welcomed at the reception by the slightest human semblance... I understand that you are suffering from a hypothetical and apparent "period of crisis", but at least try to put yourself in a position to invest a minimum of your income in the hiring of highly qualified, professional and competent personnel, but above all who know how to demonstrate their ability to convey a minimum sense of cordiality, hospitality and respect towards others! I will certainly never set foot here again for the rest of my days, that's for sure! €142.20 literally thrown to the wind!
