Great place to spend some time and go for the cities nearby (Chiaramonte Gulfi, Ragusa, Modica) as well as for tastings at wineries (e.g. Gulfi).
The breakfast offers various and excellent food, a lot of self-made/grown products (olive oil, focaccia, yoghurt).
The pool is above the rooms and offers a beautiful view, in all directions. It is being cleaned every day and invites to relax.
The rooms are very clean and modern.
Natalia and Pavel are great hosts, helpful and friendly.

New, immaculately well kept and operated. This was one of nearly a half dozen properties that I stayed at throughout Sicily, and it is beautiful. I was upgraded for a small charge to the Superior Room which has direct access to the back yard and is slightly larger than the standard room. The owners are hard working and look after every need. The breakfasts were a wonderful selection of Sicilian fare and their olive oil is superb. I actually didn't want to leave and will for sure plan to stay there again. Note that it is in the country and you will have to drive to dinner, shopping, etc., but that is part of the appeal. There is plenty to see in this area. The brand new pool and patio provides a great place to just relax too.

I am a returning italian citizen! We attended a family wedding and spent several days at this Villa. It was beyond any expectations one could imagine. The hospitality, kindness was beyond words. Natalia is the sweetest hostess. Sylvia is also amazing and kind. Loved every second we spent here.. look forward to returning to this clean, spacious villa.. molto grazie !!

Santa Margherita is a few kilometres away from the city centre and is located on a silent hillside, surrounded by olive trees. The accommodation has recently been refurbished. It is a very comfortable and clean place. The rooms are equipped with airco and very spacious. The breakfast corner and swimming pool are well-kept and situated in the green gardens that surround the azienda itself. On top of that, owner Natalia did her utmost to make our lives comfortable. Clean place, great facilities, good breakfast, friendly people: no need to say that we enjoyed it a lot!

Un lieu superbe malheureusement le personnel d’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur et les investissements concernant le confort n’ont pas été fait. Lit avec matelas à ressort où il est impossible de dormir correctement à deux ! Pas de rangement dans la chambre (voir photo) Une seule table à l’extérieur pour un potentiel de dix personnes (voir photo) ! 4 transats à la piscine et trois parasol avec des sièges bas de gamme pas confortable et avec cela un personnel d’accueil très désagréable. Le couple n’est pas clair dans l’organisation un, peu dire ok pour stocker quelques bouteilles dans le frigo et l’autre dire l’inverse en expliquant que le cuisine et privée. Erreur dans l’attribution des chambres … le genre de sujet que l’on a pas envie de gérer en vacance et encore moins avec une chambre à 170 euros et pour finir accueil sans un verre d’eau fraîche avec une température extérieure de plus de 35 degrés Surprise dans la chambre un bouteille d’eau chaude “gratuite” (voir photo) quand même ! C’est indécent fuyez!
