Hotel staff have a service mind and ready to help everytimes. in facilities part I think hotel facilities is ok but hotel wifi is down sometimes. In food part This Hotel serve a good breakfast I really enjoy breakfast in Hotel and Lastly I like this hotel location Because is near airport is convenience for travel

Good hotel at a very reasonable price with good facilities for less money and nice rooms and nice towels and soap and many more things.the hotel service and the hotel staff was very good and very professional. highly recommend

The first thing that impressed me was the very polite staff. Any questions I had were welcome. The room key was a key card, requiring a 300 baht deposit that was returned after checkout. - After receiving the key card, don't keep it; you'll need to tap it in the elevator to enter your floor number. - On the back of the key card, there's a unique Wi-Fi name and password for each room. - When the door is closed, it will immediately sound an alarm (which I really appreciated, effectively preventing accidents if you forget to close it properly). - Amenities include a TV, air conditioning, a trash can, a shelf, a mini-fridge (with two bottles of water available at no extra charge), a bedside table, a clothes rack, soap (no shampoo, you'll need to buy your own), and a hair dryer. - At the reception, there are free snacks and coffee. There's a microwave for reheating food. - Overall, the hotel is excellent. There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so if you get hungry late at night, you can go down and buy some.

Our room for three was very large and very clean. Good, secure car park. The location is in a student area about 10 minutes drive to the north of Chiang Rai, you'd need your own transport to stay here. There is food and 7-11 nearby. The value for money was excellent, we stayed three nights. However on checkout we had a problem with reception claiming we had caused a depression in the cheap sofa in our room. It was like that when we checked in. This is a good value hotel, I would stay here again, but I recommend showing any problems with the room to reception immediately on check in. We've stayed in many B2s all over Thailand and this was the first time to have trouble at checkout. Eventually the reception staff accepted that the sofa was old and like that when we arrived.

This is one of the cleanest, well presented hotels I have stayed in here in Thailand. I have stayed in 10 hotels so far, and this by far is top of the tree. I'm not sure if there was WiFi available, but I was very happy with pretty much everything else. Top marks

OK for a budget hotel. The bathroom is quite dim. The shower water pressure is low and not warm enough. The rest are good.

The hotel is newly opened. Everything is new. The rooms are beautiful. The bathroom is bigger than any other hotel I've stayed at. There's a mini breakfast with unlimited juice, milk, sausage, eggs, fruit, bread, and coffee. Overall, I give it a 10/1.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Chiang Rai Resort. Everything from the service to the room and surroundings was excellent. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

The host provided very good service, reply very quickly, clean rooms, complete facilities. Very impressed

We stayed at the hotel with our family (3 people) and rented a room with a veranda and a terrace (#1). The room smelled deliciously of cleanliness and freshness. The room consists of two rooms, 1 is a bedroom with a large bed, 2 is a veranda with glass glazing and 2 sofas, the child slept on the sofa (additional bed linen was provided). It is pleasant to sit on the veranda in the evening, it was very atmospheric and we did not want to go out. We slept well, the mattress was good, but the pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast was standard (egg, sausage or ham, salad and delicious coffee with a croissant). The White Temple is 10 km away. Overall, we liked everything, when visiting Chiang Rai, we will stay here. Thank you for the service and beautiful memories)
