Grate hotel to stay ! The swimming pool was really good and the service! Coffe was good and the area is really quiet but to to far from the city ! I honestly would recommend staying there for couple nights ☺️

The hotel is in a great location, with a great view, and is cheaper than booking directly from the hotel. It's newly opened and very clean. The room is spacious and has plenty of pillows. I usually stay at other branches without breakfast, so you can see the bathroom when people come in. But this branch has breakfast, with instant noodles and rice porridge to choose from. They also have canned milk, fruit juice, and coffee, just like at a minimart. It's a great value.

Very kind Hotel management and helpful. Service is awesome. Place is not crowded not packed at the time of our stay. We had a pleasant time and enjoyed our stay at this place. Supermarket is a 5 mins walk to the Main Street and there is night market just right outside the Hotel. The hotel builds and design to Look like a Resort if you are looking for something that’s not a normal room stay. Awesome place to stay in for a non city trip stay.

The Riva Vista hotel was beautiful designed property, we loved it all, the service was friendly, the breakfast buffet and the dinner menu were great, very delicious food, attentive service, on a wonderful setting it is just few steps from the Blue Temple, that makes it convenient, but far from downtown.

Room was clean, there were coffee and bottled water as welcome drink. Kettle to use was very nice to make coffee or tea anytime. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Our room had the view of the blue temple. In the morning could hear birds singing, which was very nice. Really liked the service area attached to the room which had a sink like in a kitchen, we could wash the cups and the fruits we got at the market. The downside was the internet connection which was insecure and very unstable inside the room, under the bathroom sink there was water dripping all the time so the bathroom trash can was being used as a bucket to keep the drip from wetting the floor. Also, there was stain on the bath towels. In spite of these downsides we had a nice staying

Overall, I am quite satisfied. Because it is a resort design, when you enter the hotel lobby from the roadside, there is a large open space and a small garden, which makes you feel relatively quiet. After all, the age is there, and the facilities are relatively old. Perhaps based on the reviews of guests, the bathroom is in better condition than expected this time, with no mold or old stains; however, the sound of the air conditioner and bathroom exhaust are relatively loud. . Breakfast is relatively simple, more Western-style, and some Thai-style.

The bathroom is so dirty that there are black stains all over the walls. The bidet nozzle should be changed immediately. I didn't dare to use it. I accidentally picked it up. At first, I didn't look and when I touched it, I felt ewww!!! It's so dirty. But the location of the accommodation is good, but it's far from the Sunday walking street. If you have a private car, it's easy to travel. The bedroom is good. There are lots of pillows. The refrigerator has ice cubes that never melt.

This is one of the highly rated hotels. The furnishings and furniture are made of high quality materials, and although the building is old, it is well maintained. I think the food at the restaurant on the first floor is among the best in Chiang Rai. It was a shame that the pool was not available due to flooding on the neighboring Kok side. The Blue Temple is within a short walking distance.
