The facility is comfortable. Room and bathroom are good size. The design of the drainage is very efficient not to allow smell to come out while drain water very fast. This is the problem in some places with drain smell. But this hotel has great set up. The staff - everyone- is very effective. Very helpful in every way from the front door to the dining area for breakfast. This is the hotel I will go back again when I come to Chiang Rai. Thank you for top 10 service.

A bit isolated and a long walk to the centre, but reception will call you a taxi to get into town and cost about 75 BAHT Tuk tuk available from the night bazaar and they want 100 back. Use them, It looked like a a simple walk but I got lost twice 🤣 Great sized pool sun chairs mostly broken 🤔

We had a great experience at this hotel. It's new and extremely clean. Free water is available anytime, and in the morning you can enjoy complimentary coffee and biscuits. The hotel offers access to both a swimming pool and gym. You can even wash and dry your clothes on-site. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The room is spacious with very comfortable beds. We found it quiet despite being right next to the street. Our only observation would be some small bugs in the bathroom, likely from the water or plumbing system. If we return to Chiang Rai, we'll definitely choose the same hotel again.

OK for a budget hotel. The bathroom is quite dim. The shower water pressure is low and not warm enough. The rest are good.

An amazing little boutique hotel nestled in a residential area, approximately 15 mins to the city centre by Grab. It is quiet, calm and cool in the mornings with birds chirping away. Quite the place for a very relaxing sojourn! The staff are ever so helpful and arranged a driver to take me to places inaccessible with Grab.. They are also very thoughtful on my dietary requirements, making my breakfast without me asking and translating my Grab food delivery with great patience. When I left, they all came out to say goodbye. I am very touched with their kindness and hope to come back again some day!

Overall: The hotel is slightly remote from the city center, but the hotel is clean and tidy. Stayed here for a few nights. •This is my first time in Chiang Rai. I have nothing bad to say. The room was a good size for one person, very clean, stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo, bottled water, etc., and was cleaned every day. When I came back from a few days out, it felt wonderful and fresh. The shower handle needs to be facing a certain direction for the hot water to work - (if it's pointed at you, more pressure = less hot water). The location is great, only a few minutes away from the night market, very convenient. There are many beautiful temples nearby within walking distance. There are also clock towers, cat cafes, Watsons, bus stops, Boots, restaurants, etc., all within walking distance - 5 minutes. I recommend staying here.. If you go further afield to see Pagoda Bailan, you can hire a cyclist for a few baht.

We are enjoy the moment here. Room is very clean.Number 1 hotel for this price. Highly recommend

Awesome place! Really feels like a resort in the town area and even though I don’t get to enjoy the facilities there fully but I fell in love with the hotel as there place is so beautiful! Sadly can’t show you the place as I took a video but highly recommend this hotel, I would love to go back again!!

It's a quiet and secluded hotel that's a good place to rest comfortably, even though it's far from the city. If you're looking for a quiet place, it's probably fine. I stayed in the villa building and it's spacious. The bathroom has an instant water heater, but only lukewarm water comes out, so it was a little uncomfortable to shower. And a simple breakfast is provided.
