I went on a family trip and paid for two rooms, but they assigned me a connected room. I found this place while looking for a spacious place with a lot of luggage. The breakfast was clean and delicious, and it was a good distance from the city and the airport, so it was safe from noise and close to major tourist attractions. The staff were all friendly and kind, and when checking in, they gave me a map with various Chiang Rai attraction points. Water and fruit were available for free in the lobby, and coconuts could be purchased for 100 baht. Drinks and snacks were also provided in the room. I was also able to leave my golf bag in the lobby. The parking lot in front of the hotel was large, and you could rent a bicycle.
