I stayed here as a solo traveller.
The location is very good, as it is very close to the clock tower, within walking distance of the public market, night market and bus terminal, and there are many restaurants nearby.
The building is a little old, but the room was kept clean.
The front desk was friendly, and although I arrived quite early, before check-in time, they let me check in as there was a room available.
It was disappointing that there was no refrigerator, but it was a comfortable stay for a low price and I was very satisfied with the hotel.
The hotel also arranged for me to tour Chiang Rai (a one-day tour of the White Temple, Blue Temple, Long Neck Village, Golden Triangle, etc. (tour fee 1,000 Baht + entrance fee)), which was very satisfying.

The location is good.
Right halfway between the bus terminal and Wat Phra Kaew.
There are many cheap and delicious restaurants nearby.
There is also Cafe Amazon and a 7-Eleven.
The bed in the room is flimsy and the facilities are shabby, but it is cheap so... I guess that can't be helped.
The room has a smart TV and air conditioner, but for some reason there is no refrigerator.

A good hotel for a short trip to Chiang Rai. The location was great for me, in the very center of the city, and 10 minutes walk from the bus station. I went from Chiang Mai by bus and walked to the hotel. In 6 hours I walked around 5 temples in the city and got to the blue one by bike. There are all the shower accessories, a kettle and compliments for coffee / tea, a hairdryer, a large bed. And all this is relatively inexpensive.
