The mattress was extra hard and the walls were very thin. The toilet leaked. The desk and chair were very comfortable for working. Extra big balcony and a huge refridgerator. Could borrow a kettle from the reception.

Honestly for the price, nothing to say. Super clean, rather quiet, air conditioning that works.
Oh yes, only downside, it is a little far from the city center but since I rented a scooter it did not bother me at all, quite the contrary, I was calm.
