It is a place to stay in a good location, close to the city, easy to travel to, and has plenty of parking. But the condition is a bit old but worth the price. The room smells a bit stuffy with wooden cabinets. The TV is clear. There is impressive bread and coffee in the morning.

Reception team is helpful and allowed us checking at early morning. About 2.5km to Chiang Rai night bazaar market, would be ok if you have a bike. 800 meters to the bike rent shop (opposite the Laluna Resort).
