We loved staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay.
We booked the Loft suite 2 bed room, which was very spacious. We booked this hotel because of the nice bed ratings and we slept very well on the comfy bed.
The airco had a harder time getting the entire room cooler after being off during the day.
The layout was a bit weird for us. Downstairs was the king bed, but no tv and upstairs were 2 single beds with a tv. We slept in the king bed and our son slept upstairs in a single bed, which means we couldn't watch tv in the evening. A couch would also have been nice as the chairs weren't very comfy to sit on.
Breakfast was made to order and we could choose from continental or asian options. We liked the food and our stay in general.
Overall I liked the hotel. Location is around 10 min walk to the southern gate of the old city. The hotel provides a free shuttle/tuktuk to 2 of the old city gates. You can take it one way and then either walk back or take a cheap GRAB.
Rooms and hotel are nicely decorated. My room had a nice balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the pool area. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it. Bed and pillows were soft. Shower had very hot water. AC was really strong. My one complaint is the floors. The tiles were very dirty. I posted 2 photos from my room. I wouldn't use it to determine my stay there again but would be good if the hotel did a better job cleaning them. Room had complimentary potato chips, instant noodles, soda, juice and water.
Breakfast was from 7-10am and was included in the room fee. I've stayed at other hotels in Chiang Mai and this place had my least favorite breakfast. Eggs were cold both days. Fruit wasn't sweet both days. Just a normal buffet type breakfast.
Excellent experience! Very good environment, service and high value for money. The provision of 24hr coffee, drink and noodle is a surprise. One suggestion for improvement is it's shower cubicle which is only half covered resulting in spillage of water to the toilet area while showering.

Today got the lower bed, comfortable to sleep, good sleep, cold air conditioner, strong water, but the shower doesn't work, use a rain shower instead. There is shampoo, shower gel, breakfast, some days fried rice, today fried soy sauce, shady, kind, friendly staff, smiling, easy to travel, easy to find food, near Wualai walking street, 50 meters away, no matter how many times I come, I'm impressed. As for the roommates, it depends on the day. 😮💨😁 There are dormitory and private sleeping. If you come to Chiang Mai, I recommend this place. 🥰
Although the furniture in the room is old-fashioned, it is very practical. There is a large cabinet for hanging clothes and a long table for putting things. The wash basin is outside the bathroom, separated by dry and wet areas. It would be perfect if the shower area in the bathroom had a glass partition or shower curtain. The room is very quiet and there is no noise. There is a 50-meter-long alley to the road to the hotel, which is quiet in the bustling city. The weekend walking street is just left at the alley entrance, and the Chiang Mai Gate is right at the intersection. There is an elevator in the hotel.
The room is OK, but the pillows are too high. There is no kettle, but there is unlimited mineral water. The breakfast is OK, the coffee machine is always inductive, the swimming pool is a bit small, I don't want to swim, and there is no door in the swimming pool, anyone outside can go in, it's not safe! It's about 20 minutes to walk to Thapae Gate, and about 15 minutes to walk to the Saturday Night Market. Overall, it's not bad. By the way, children under 12 years old are not allowed
This hotel is very strategic , just a 5 minute walk away from Saturday walking street. The front desk lady that works from 1pm to 10pm has a solution to anything that you request. She is very responsive and fast. She is also very helpful and friendly. The hotel room is very clean and toilets are super clean. If you call grab, don’t worry that grab driver does not know the place. The hotel is quite established and they do have promotional rates if you sign up to a tour during your stay. I would really recommend this place if you are alright with hotel with no frills . Breakfast is standard fair everyday so can’t fault much . The hotel’s pool was not working during my stay because of the recent floods and they have to do a cleanup. Overall I will definitely come here to stay again , close to the action but away from the hustle and noise.
Very satisfied! ! ! This is the biggest gain of this trip to Chiang Mai. I didn't expect that I could meet a group of friends from China in a hotel in a foreign country. It is the seriousness and responsibility of Boss Ye, who solves problems in a timely manner, and the sharing and warmth among everyone, which are all super plus points.
The hotel is in a great location, not far from the old city, Thapae Gate, and the airport, and it's very quiet (except at night when everyone gets together). Secondly, the environment is very good, as you can see from this picture, there are gardens, swimming pools, parking lots, and public areas, and it's very cost-effective! ! ! Chinese people just need to close their eyes and live.
There are not many places that make me want to go to the same city again. It requires good scenery, nice people and special experiences. Because of the fate in this hotel and the group of people I met, I look forward to seeing this city again and again. I hope that everyone who comes here can have a special fate.
I don't know why the ratings on Xiaohongshu and Google agoda are so high. I found it was just an ordinary hotel when I arrived.
Let me talk about the advantages first: the service attitude of the clerks at the front desk was very good. They were young and arranged a room at the end of the room for us. If I didn't like it, they immediately changed my room. It was great. The breakfast was OK. There was free water, juice, fruit and instant noodles for us to eat. The location was good, very close to Chiang Mai Gate Night Market
Disadvantages: poor sound insulation, you can hear the hair being blown by the neighbors at one or two o'clock, and you can also hear coughing
The hair dryer was too bad, it would overheat and could not be blown after one or two minutes. My wife's hair was blown for more than an hour and it didn't dry
The hotel shower was not good, there was only one mode, it hurt when it was sprayed on my body, I like to take a shower and brush my teeth, and the water hurts when it goes into my mouth.
The most exaggerated thing is the big bed in this big bed room, which is two single beds put together, with a gap in the middle, which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep.
A very ordinary chain hotel, more than 400 a night is not as good as the hotel I stayed in for 200 on Nimman Road. I don't know why it is so exaggerated.
Perfect stay for our 4 nights day tour excursions around Chiangmai & Chiangrai. Tour operators will pickup from this hotel. The Hotel is modern design, basic needs are met. The staff were amazing, they speak English and ever helpful to your needs. I had requested fresh towels and housekeeping team was lovely to provide and make up the room daily. Location was its plus point, very close to nightly food street where the best hawker foods can be savoured. We didnt stay on weekends so we didnt throng the Wualai night market which is popular. Buffet breakfast started early so that gave us time to have breakfast before our pickup at 7 am-7.30am. The food varies daily and it was tasty. Loved their Espresso coffee machine..with touch screens to select your style of coffee. Variety of seasonal cut fresh fruits in the fridge including bottles of water. Will book again if in Chiangmai. Will recommend to friends to stay. Thankyou I-Wualai for making our stay comfortable and memorable. So wanna come back again soon!

Amazing
GGuest UserAmazing and modern hotel with a Japanese feel.
Beautiful pool with total tranquility.
Easy walk to the food market that offered everything you could possibly want.
Staff were extremely friendly and attentive!
We loved it so much here, we stayed for another 2 nights!
DDukDuiiVery good service, secretly a little hard to find near seven near the market The owner is lovely and attentive. have snacks to eat The room is very big, the view is good, the bed is soft, smells very good, the bathroom is very good, the air conditioner is cool, there is a fan in the room, the balcony can sit and sit and want to stay again.
IIrvin Chi-ISnugged in a corner of a residential area is this gorgeous hotel that matches its name - White. Two 4 storey buildings and an open pool area make up this comfortable hotel with big huge rooms! Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient!
The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal.
You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! Enjoy your stay! God bless! 😁👍👌✝️❤️
GGuest UserI liked it
The quality is exactly for the amount paid
There was no refrigerator in the room (there is a common one in the hallway)
And hooks for towels, I did not know where to put them
Beautiful room, the furniture, although old, is more vintage, detailed work from wood, looked very interesting and beautiful
Sleeping place 10/10
In general, I recommend
HHENGXIAOThe room is clean and tidy, suitable for young friends, affordable, service is OK, the location is relatively deep and not easy to find, the hotel's logo is not very prominent, the overall is still very good!
XXiaoxiaoaitravelI stayed for another night and the experience was very good. The room faced the sun, the climate was very comfortable in the morning and evening, and there was plenty of sunlight at noon. My dad usually likes to drink tea on the balcony, but this time he took his parents out and they liked it very much. The hotel owner and staff are very friendly, and the European and American tourists staying in the hotel are also very friendly. It is also very convenient to take a taxi when going out every day. I will still choose here if I come back in the future.
Ssungp88The hotel is newly opened, the sanitation facilities are good, and the night is quiet. The hotel lobby is on the first floor of the opposite building. The hotel is not far from Chiang Mai Gate, next to the Saturday Night Market.
GGuest UserIt was just so-so. Went during the peak period, so there were no rooms to choose from. Arranged in the outermost part. Did not have any contact with the front desk during the whole process. Don't know about the service. The hotel is clean but it is like a hostel. Good location. There are many night market stalls at the door. Breakfast is not included.
GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at this Lanna-style accommodation in Chiang Mai, and I must say I was truly impressed. From the moment I stepped in, I could feel the warm atmosphere and the charm of Lanna art that was beautifully incorporated into every corner of the property. The wooden carved furniture, traditional Thai patterns, and soft lighting made it feel like I had stepped back in time.
The location is excellent, situated near Chiang Mai's city gate, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and its attractions. Whether it’s strolling down the Sunday Walking Street, visiting ancient temples, or sampling local cuisine, everything is easily accessible.
The service provided by the staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a particularly comfortable bed that ensured a perfect night's sleep.
If you’re looking for a place that captures the unique essence of Chiang Mai and offers a convenient location, I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to have the chance to stay here again in the future
