I stayed here with my mom and grandma (who have mobility issues) and the experience was exceptional. The hotel staffs and owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, treating us like family and offering amazing support, especially for my grandma. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily without us even needing to ask. The location is ideal — it's in a peaceful area, just a 10-minute drive from Chiang Mai’s main attractions and the airport. It’s perfect for families or even solo travelers looking for a quiet escape from the busy city, while still being close enough to get around easily. The complimentary airport pickup and drop-off is also a great bonus. And I can’t forget the adorable hotel cat, which added a lovely, homey touch to our stay!

very affordable hotel in Chiang Mai and just a walk from Chiang Mai Gate Market…highly recommended…the room is also wide and cleaned daily…plus they dont require a deposit…there are nearby convenience stores, hospital, massage, 24 hr laundry shop…best to book during weekends as it is near Wua Lai Walking Street which opens on Saturdays and there are more Street Food Vendors in front of the Gate Market at night…since its near the gate of the old city, Wat Jetlin and Watchediluang are just a walk away

Loved my stay! Clean rooms, comfy bed, and friendly staff. Perfect location with great amenities. Breakfast was delicious. Only minor downside: [mention any issue, e.g., slow Wi-Fi]. Would definitely stay again!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen! Die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral und gut erreichbar. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Zimmer war wirklich großzügig und sauber. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sorgt für angenehme Erfrischung, was bei warmem Wetter ein echter Pluspunkt ist. Das Beste war jedoch das freundliche Personal – alle waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

It was my first time staying in hostel. I would say it was absolutely great experience for me. The place was nice and calm, super easy to walk around the city from hostel. There were all facilities you needed. Shower and toilet in the dorm, towel, locker, hairdryer, aircon. And bed was super comfy, I could fall asleep so easy.

Snugged in a corner of a residential area is this gorgeous hotel that matches its name - White. Two 4 storey buildings and an open pool area make up this comfortable hotel with big huge rooms! Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient! The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal. You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! The hotel is situated on a quiet street, which is fantastic. Everything is conveniently close by. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk – I think her name was Ellie. Our room was clean and comfortable. We even received a complimentary upgrade because the hotel wasn't too busy!

I am really impressed. The landlord is super good. The English is very fluent. My poor English communication is quite smooth. The first time I went abroad, plus free travel, the arrangement was a bit messy. The rental car did not catch up with the return time. It will be early next morning Traveling, trouble the landlord helped to return it, the passport is mortgaged in the car dealership, and helped me get it back. I have no such operation. I stayed for two days. It is quiet, very warm, clean and comfortable. If there is a chance next time Will stay again!

The Lanna-type hotel is very special, but the equipment in the room needs to be strengthened, especially when the shower is in the shower, the water will flood the whole bathroom, the light bulb in the room and the bathroom are a bit broken, but fortunately, I will improve it immediately after talking to the counter. But it would be better if the tenant checked out and completed the improvement before check-in

I loved this homestay. The owner was a lovely lady who was so welcoming and she let me check in early. Offered me free coffee, tea and hot cocoa in the morning. The homestay is in a great location and easy to locate on the map. Thank you for welcoming me. 😃
