This was our first time staying at this hotel and the experience was excellent, all the staff were friendly and service was excellent. So our journey in Chiang Mai was both comfortable and smooth. We hope to see you again next time, thanks Anyin!
Great hotel, really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are nice and the main courtyard hotel is well themed,
Pool is nice (could do with more chairs)
Beds are comfortable and the refillable water is cool.
Clean and well looked after hotel.
Only a few things to make the stay nicer - there's no tea or coffee in the room.
Water was warm in the shower, not hot enough to have a bath (one of the reasons I booked is for the bath tub)
Large room and requested room provided on a high floor. Beautiful views, rooftop swimming pool and large, comfortable lobby area. Buffet breakfast was not suitable for vegetarian but they make a pretty good coffee in the cafe. All staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. In front of the hotel is a convenience store and massage, so make sure to have cash. I can't personally vouch for the massage as I had elsewhere, but worth a look as it's right in front of the hotel.

The hotel appears to be one of the older establishments in the city, with a rich history of hosting dignitaries in its prime. Despite its age, it has been well-maintained. My room was spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded from a twin room to a king-size bed, as I was staying alone. If you’ve stayed in hotels from the early 2000s, the nostalgic carpeted hallways and rooms will remind you of that era. While it may not be to everyone’s taste, I personally appreciated the vintage charm.
The location is quite convenient, with good cafes, a night market, and a mall within walking distance. Being situated along the main road makes it easy to grab dinner at the night market and return to the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and spoke both intelligible English and Mandarin.
I managed to book the room at an excellent rate, so my experience here exceeded expectations. If I were on vacation, I would have happily extended my stay for a relaxing staycation.
The advantages are that the three-bedroom apartment has a living room, which is suitable for family travel, and the cleanliness is pretty good. The disadvantages are that the overall operation team lacks professionalism. First, the sanitation is cleaned every two days, and the trash can breeds a lot of small insects; second, there was no one to greet me when I arrived, and I didn’t send the password box key and Wi-Fi password in advance. Later, I went to find it according to the reserved address, and someone actually checked in. Later, I don’t know where a man came out and took us to the unit that matched the actual reservation (so the reservation address given in the email was wrong); third, the reserved telephone service staff’s English level was very poor, and we could only add WeChat to communicate by typing; fourth, on the last day, we were asked to move to another unit, saying that she saw that we booked two different units (one for the first four days and another for the last day). I showed her a screenshot of my order, which showed that it was one for five nights), or ”you have to move to another villa”, ”it is just next to you”, I clearly stated that I would not move, and if there were any problems, I would contact my agent. There was no problem with my agency, and finally said that we could continue to live in this one. Overall, apart from the poor service team, the hardware conditions are generally satisfactory, and I can even swim in my spare time.
Located on main road, basically going to everywhere in city within 10~15 mins driving distance.
Room is spacious, hygiene is superb, lighting, toilet and shower are good too.
A very comforable stay for 5 nights.
there is also welcome drink provided in the bar
would be better if there are charging near the both side of the bed.
Hotel was great. Good location. Elevated carpark to protect your cars from any flooding.
Check in timing is semi-strict. Arrived at 11am and was told earliest they could do was 1pm as the hotel was full. They proactively offered to hold our baggage and gave advice on nearby attractions, spas etc. Came back slightly early at 12.30pm and was allowed to check in.
Room was mostly clean with some mild dust here and there but no issues.
Breakfast spread was good but it’s free seating and there aren’t any waiters to assign you seats so it’s slightly messy. You may need to wait for a seat as the restaurant got completely full at 9am.
We reached the hotel at 5am in the morning after a 14 hours train ride from Bangkok. We could check in early but we had to pay for 1000 Baht which was too much and was full price for a room. Hotel is spot on. Room is spacious, clean, very good air conditioning, shower was a little bit disappointing, toiletries, free bottles of water, no free toothbrush, clean towels as well as bathrobes. Big smart tv, mini bar, microwave were in the room. Nice comfy bed and pillows. Nice swimming pool and pool towels were provided. Overall good stay
I loved my stay here. The room was amazing- a swing and hot tub on the balcony! Everything was super clean and spacious
The staff are so so lovely they will help you with anything
The food was tasty and well presented the coffees were great at breakfast
It's got free bikes to borrow to explore and is in a peaceful area
Would definitely stay here again!
There is some distance between the hotel and busy area, a quite place for relaxation.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Would be nice if the air con could be turned on in lobby area and corridor.
Last but not least, i am afraid there are bed bug in room, my travel mate and myself were bitten all over the body...:(

GGuest UserThis is my 2nd time staying this hotel. Small size hotel but the room were spacious and clean. Hotel staff were also very nice. Meanwhile breakfast were not buffet but choices of main dish and drink were in great quality unlike any other typical hotel breakfast. Absolutely recommend this hotel when you visit Chiangmai.
WWayneKSuperb! Had a great stay at this place, which looked absolutely beautiful and clean. As I was having a conference at the nearby ChiangMai Convention Centre, this place was still within walking distance. I loved how clean and neat this place was kept all the time. The titbits and sodas in the room was also replenished on a daily basis for free! This is the first time I encounter such great treatment! There was a day when it was raining, and they happily lent me an umbrella to use for the day. Reception was always ready and willing to offer any help when needed.
KKiveyaAbsolutely loved our stay at this industrial-chic hotel in Chiang Mai! The design is stunning - exposed brick walls, steel beams, and concrete floors create a unique urban vibe while still feeling warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed with modern amenities and thoughtful touches.
The location couldn't be better - nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from amazing restaurants, cafes, and night markets. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering excellent recommendations and arranging tours.
Highlights included the gorgeous garden pool surrounded by lush tropical plants, the delicious breakfast with both Thai and Western options, and the cozy lobby lounge perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive, from the custom-made furniture to the locally sourced artwork.
This hotel perfectly captures the spirit of Chiang Mai - modern yet traditional, stylish yet down-to-earth. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city. A true gem
GGuest UserPretty comfortable hotel in a decent location near Nimman. Good value for money as the hotel room is large. The shower temperature wasn't always hot but warm enough. Breakfast was not good but anyway lots of good food nearby. Only complaint was that the gym was poor.
ชชุติกาญจน์ คําภีระThe room is very spacious. The bed is okay, not very soft, but comfortable enough to sleep in. The bathroom shower is sometimes cold, sometimes hot. You have to adjust the temperature all the time. The staff service is okay. There is not much to choose from for breakfast. There is rice soup, bread, and coffee. Personally, I give it 8 out of 10. The hotel is in the university. Just a little way out of the alley is the market in front of the university. There is a lot of food. Personally, it is okay. I will come back to stay again.
GGuest UserThe bed is comfortable and the price is right. The bed is very comfortable when you come to Thailand. There is also a small balcony where you can eat durian. The front desk service attitude is very good and the place is clean.
