The room was smaller than I expected, roughly 12 square meters excluding the bathroom. The hotel caters to a lot of tour groups for meals, which made parking difficult during peak dining hours. However, they do have four parking lots and offer an electric buggy shuttle service. Plenty of restaurants are also within walking distance. There's no elevator to the third floor, which was quite a hassle with two large suitcases. Given the inconvenience, I decided to just extend my stay for a few more days to finish my business before moving elsewhere.
The room felt brand new, almost too new, as there was a strong lingering smell of fresh paint and new furniture which made breathing a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom door was faulty, and I nearly got trapped inside, but my friend called the staff who promptly came to fix it. Getting the Wi-Fi to work was also quite a hassle. I didn't have a sound sleep. However, everything else was very good.
Excellent price and location. Slightly drawback was room had smell of cigratte during check in. Suggested hotel to have stricter reminder to guest, especially Chinese guest who mostly smoke inside room. Anyway, smell was no longer realize after 3rd day after air conditionioning.

By the lake with a beautiful view, especially in the morning and evening. Rooms - spacious, clean, with facilities.
Fully convenient
Breakfast - a variety of delicious, both Thai food and
International cuisine
V Travel - Convenient for those who have their own cars.
Not far from the city.
The location suited me and the accommodation was tidy and clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful as well. The only negative thing to say is that some of the staff have the memory of a goldfish - they ask you if you want your room cleaned but do nothing about it.
Beautiful hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms. Loved taking a dip and lounging by the pool after a day of exploring. Staff are great and very helpful.
I loved the location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Nimman but only a short walking distance away. Close to Maya shopping mall and One Nimman shopping complex. Loads of restaurants, cafes, and spas around the area. Convenient Grab/Bolt pick up and drop off point.
A good walking distance to the old city and night bazaars.
Also not too far from the airport.
Will definitely stay here again. Set a very good 1st time Chiangmai experience.
The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The service was excellent, and the location offers convenient transportation. It's highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip and will also recommend it to friends and family.
An excellent choice if you don't need to be within walking distance of the tourist spots. It's about half an hour walk from Santitham, just outside the Khuang Singh ring. Grab drivers used to be a challenge to get previously, but now it's easier. The traffic during the high season can be very bad.
The service stuff especially the housekeeping were extremely helpful and welcoming. Room are very spacious, essentially 1BR apartments, great if you're traveling with partner or as a small family. 6th and 7th floor have a good view of the Doi Suthep. A quiet pleasant environment a couple of blocks away from Chothana Rd / Chang Phueak highway. The downside is that there not so many food options nearby except the Boriboon market.
What can I say, this Hotel was a real letdown.
I had to stay another night due to having to work 'online' and not needing the inconvenience of moving hotels. But regretted having booked in the first instance. I did give a bad review last time, but I feel after my second night's stay, which I booked separately may I add. Was not good.......
I dropped something by the bed and thought it may have gone under the bed, so I looked. Omg, there must have been 4 cm of dust under there, oh dear!
Apart from being most dated, marks on the walls broken floor trim, only 3 hangers (2 of which had two small robes hanging on them) and old dated furniture.
The staff were lovely and helpful.
I have a room on the first floor, and to be absolutely honest, I have never cocarkroaches in any of the hotels I've stayed at before. This was shocking!
Absolutely, thumbs down for this hotel. My person option yes, but I have stayed at better hotels for less money. The pool looked okay

Amazing
BBInCNXThe house is very cute, the most important thing is clean, well proportioned. Suitable for working people who want a simple rest.
But friends who will stay must plan carefully. On the trip, it is written that stay 15.00 a.m. But when the accommodation contacts It will be 16.00 p.m. Send the person that the stay can be too slow. The check-in system also stays by yourself. There is no housekeeper service both in and out. (OK, not arguing about the security system)
GGuest UserIt was very clean and stylish and it could be better than some four or five star hotels. Staff speak English and very polite and friendly. It is located at a very convenient area so that I could walk to Old Town and Nimman. Although my plan doesn’t include breakfast, I had it at the cafe next to the hotel. It was also excellent. I’ll definitely stay there if I visit Chiang Mai again!
WWayneKSuperb! Had a great stay at this place, which looked absolutely beautiful and clean. As I was having a conference at the nearby ChiangMai Convention Centre, this place was still within walking distance. I loved how clean and neat this place was kept all the time. The titbits and sodas in the room was also replenished on a daily basis for free! This is the first time I encounter such great treatment! There was a day when it was raining, and they happily lent me an umbrella to use for the day. Reception was always ready and willing to offer any help when needed.
FFlow toI stayed in a standard room with 2 single beds for 3 days.
I walked around Santidam and Nimmanhaemin leisurely.
Even at night, the walk to the accommodation is not scary.
It is at the end of the road, so you can get away from the noise of cars and motorcycles.
They cleaned it every day.
However, the towels and blankets felt a bit old.
Even so, it is a place I want to go back to!!
TTanachaiThe staff were welcoming and there was a fair amount of parking. There were many restaurants in the vicinity of the accommodation within easy walking distance. It was worth the price and the breakfast was standard, not too much variety, but it was okay and delicious.
KKiveyaAbsolutely loved our stay at this industrial-chic hotel in Chiang Mai! The design is stunning - exposed brick walls, steel beams, and concrete floors create a unique urban vibe while still feeling warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed with modern amenities and thoughtful touches.
The location couldn't be better - nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from amazing restaurants, cafes, and night markets. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering excellent recommendations and arranging tours.
Highlights included the gorgeous garden pool surrounded by lush tropical plants, the delicious breakfast with both Thai and Western options, and the cozy lobby lounge perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive, from the custom-made furniture to the locally sourced artwork.
This hotel perfectly captures the spirit of Chiang Mai - modern yet traditional, stylish yet down-to-earth. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city. A true gem
蓝蓝蝶The hotel is very good. The reception staff are friendly and provide 24-hour service. The room is clean. Overall, 10/10. The entrance is not difficult. Just follow the directions to CMU and it won't be complicated at all.
GGuest UserThe bed is comfortable and the price is right. The bed is very comfortable when you come to Thailand. There is also a small balcony where you can eat durian. The front desk service attitude is very good and the place is clean.
