Great location for exploring downtown / old town, right next to the entry of a temple Phaya Yakkharaj (Southern Pavillion) and many other sights.
On sundays you‘ve a huge night market right in front of your door step, so make sure you’re going to stay over the weekend.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Room amenities and the entire minibar incl. Snake is refilled daily free of charge.
Furthermore there‘s a afternoon tea time with additional free snacks and drinks.
Just the breakfast selection could be a bit wider.
Especially when you have your breakfast close to closure (10:30am), you might be disappointed as not much will be refilled after 10am.
The room are spacious and well equipped, my kids and I had 2303 & 2302.
Just a proper hair drier is need, not this built in useless blowers we all know and hate to use.
Also the provided pillows are ultra hard and high, so you may request for a extra soft feather pillow or neck support pillow if needed, which will be provided by the hotel staff / housekeeping.
Hotel pool area is clean and well maintained!
All over a great place to stay with reasonable pricing and great service!

Excellent hotel highly recommend, the staff was friendly, location was perfect super close to both the Saturday and Sunday night market. Room was clean and spacious. All amenities needed was provided only hair conditioner isn’t. TV had an extensive options and channels. Elevator is available in the premises.
The only con I would find was the fridge wasn’t cold and the breakfast area had to go up a flight of stairs from a separate entrance outside the main entrance.

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

lobby is nice and clean. note there are no lifts for this place so if that’s an issue then… it’s an issue
for the price point, it’s indeed value for money. walking distance to tha pae gate, lots of shops and massage places around
no kettle in room but there is a hot water dispenser on ground floor to fill. mind the steps in the room too
no complaints for the price paid. good for a one night stay

Everything is great during our stays, especially the staff! I dropped off my ID in the taxi and was in a mess on my first day here. The front desk staff Dao and Fon helped me out, getting contact with the taxi driver, until I finally got my ID back. So grateful for their kindness!

Great staff and rooms in an excellent Old Town location.
The pool area is very good for a small hotel. The gym is almost non existent other than a treadmill and bike machine. There are half a dozen bikes available for use.
Breakfast is good, with Western, Chinese and Thai options. You get to choose an a la carte option, as well a small buffet with hot and cold options, coffees to order, and an egg station. The quality of the produce was the only area of weakness - it didn’t always seem that fresh.
The rooms were big, with decent air con and great Wi-Fi. We had a room that opened onto the pool area - despite this, it felt very private, and the direct pool access was very convenient. Bottled water is provided.
A Seven Eleven with an ATM is conveniently located 50m around the corner.
The staff were the real highlight of the hotel - they were excellent.

A nice cozy place to stay. Just outside the old city, very convenient. Like the Thai style architecture design. 2 bottles of drinking water per person provided each day and this is not common. Appreciate the thought. Breakfast is good - 3 choices with self-served drinks, fruit, bread and congee.

Being honest, photos were bit different from reality, although in the end the experience was very good and friendly, you maybe need to be prepare to an aged place. After make the check in, we went out and back until night and super tired, so we didnt check clear the room until the next day; shower head was rusty, ceiling had stains (i guess from some inner leaking) and the room felt darker (our window view was to the interiors of the hotel, so there was no natural light), so i went to the front desk and asked kindly for a chance to change the room, the women on the front desk was very kind and help us, so the next room was a bit better (same a bid aged in the floors, but better room) i got chance to enjoy the pool!!! it was super clean and fresh!! i love it!! and is a peaceful place, i really enjoy also the lobby with the chairs, so after all the experience went better, location also is easier and the team is very kind and helpful <3

The location seems good but not! The car needs to ride a bit longer to enter hotel. If you choose walk, it is okay.
Every one takes a picture in Thapae gate will take your hotel too.
The swimming pool better not use because everyone can eat breakfast beside you.
The water sometimes is grey black color. See the picture the breakfast have little choice and I only eat for one day only during my 5-days visit..
The scene is not good too.
Water is hot and good pressure and the staffs are nice.
唔用中文,極度推介給中國人入住。
