Thoroughly enjoyable stay here. We booked on the basis of the reviews here for our three day jaunt from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. We were not disappointed. The property is nicely appointed, clean, and airy. Comfortable lobby. Our third floor room was quiet, good air conditioning, and the bed made for good sleeping. Robes and slippers provided. Many channels on the television but we really did not have much time to watch. Medium size bathroom with spacious shower and good pressure. Over sink lighting is a tad dim though. Breakfast is between opens at 7 and runs for a couple hours. Mostly an Asian mix of food but eggs can be ordered to your specifications. While they do not advertise it, coffee can be drawn from the machine after dining hours (we used that a few times for poolside lattes). The pool is attractive but we found the water a bit too cold for our tastes. But it is a lovely venue to sit and relax. Overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again at the first opportunity. Special thanks to Dai, who worked all of our front desk administration during the course of our stay; May who arranged all of our many excursions; Chokh (Samsak) who prepared our breakfast daily; and housekeeper Deuxn, who kept our room neat, tidy, and clean.
We have spent a pleasant night in this hotel in Chiang Mai! The reception was warm and attentionful, with staff ready to meet our needs. The room was light, clean and very comfortable, perfect to rest after a day of discovery in the city.
The breakfast was a variety of breakfasts.
The hotel has free access to drinks, fresh coffee and snacks 24h/24.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and the city centre, and is located in the heart of the city centre and the city centre.
The small more: new bikes are available free of charge.
This is my first time to visit Thailand and this hotel made my trip more convenient and memorable! For a not so expensive price, they offer very spacious and clean room for 4 people! Amenities are complete and new! Snacks, coffee and water are unlimited for 24hours! Their staff are helpful and very kind! I would definitely go back here and recommend this hotel! Thank you iSilver Hotel team! 🇨🇷🙏🏼

The daytime desk clerk could use training in hospitality ( smiling, speaking without harshness) and proper business practices. When asked for a receipt after giving cash payment for the rooms and incidentals, she would not provide a receipt. :( Upon coming home from our trip, i see extra credit card charge from the hotel for my incidentals. It’s small so won’t dispute but it feels shady like she is pocketing the extra money. Also she asks for 300 baht deposit just for an extra card key.— also no receipt given. Nighttime desk clerk was nice and let us get our thai baht the next day since we arrived late from our flight. Location very good for catching songtheau truck transport, Wulai Road night market, nightly food stands across the road, hospital, pharmacy, 7-11, drink stand next to pharmacy. Breakfast was ok. Room 401 was large with 1 queen, table and chairs, armoir, and lots of counter space, outlets, nightstands.
It's a very good place to stay, one of the places in Chiang Mai. The air conditioning is cool, the bed is soft, the blanket is thick, it's clean, the water flows strongly, there is breakfast, there is a sitting area, it's close to food sources, it's easy to stay, the owner is very friendly and hospitable, it's not on the way, you can sleep comfortably and quietly. Inside the hostel, there are many trees like being in a garden, it feels like sleeping at home. 🥰🥰
I really like this hotel. Beautiful hotel, good service staff. I'm smiling brightly. Very close to Chiang Mai Gate Also near the market and Wualai Walking Street. Finding food is very convenient. There's plenty of parking, so don't worry. The hotel also has a swimming pool. No need to go out, you can get delicious, inexpensive coffee to drink. Will definitely come back to stay again.
I really like this place. It is very convenient to walk to Chiang Mai Gate. In the morning and evening, there are many food options in the old city. The accommodation is very chill. In the evening, we can sit and enjoy the atmosphere in the quiet and atmospheric local community. Near the accommodation, there is a local grilled fish shop that is very delicious. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back to stay again.
Breakfast, whilst limited was much better than much larger hotels, everyday it was very very good. Location was excellent and the reason we selected Nuan was because it was right on the doorstep of Wua Lai night market and a stones throw from Chiang Mai South Gate and its excellent early morning market. Lunch and night meals also easily obtained from outside the same market. Swimming pool was tiny and afforded no shade and air con occasionally leaked a little, ensuite had no bench space, staff had very limited English (but I do not expect everyone to speak my language - I am in a foreign speaking country after all!), other than this nothing to complain about. Pro's far outweighed the cons and we would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for one night before our flight out in the morning. The hotel has unique Japanese style with onsen on site. We tried this and it was interesting. Kids were allowed as well. We booked a family room with a full bed and bunk beds on top for the kids. They loved it. The staffs at the hotel were helpful and even made a wonderful Japanese breakfast in the morning for us. Too bad our flight was so early that we had to dine and run. Would have enjoyed more time to savor the salmon plate. The evening prior we were able to walk down the road to the street food market. We had a rental car and there was a nice parking area for it. We would stay here again.
