The room is pretty good, suitable for a family of two adults and a child, but this room type is not cost-effective. The small room is too small, and the bed is 1.05 meters long, which is a bit cramped for adults. It is more comfortable to book two separate double bed rooms. The price is about the same. The swimming pool is good and you can watch the sunset.

Very very nice hotel, in front of the entrance to the Chang Mai night market. Very large hall, very fragrant and complete with bar and relaxation corner. Courteous staff who speak good English. Very nice room, very comfortable beds (2 queen-size beds, strange thing since the hotel knew we were on our honeymoon, but they were really incredibly comfortable, they were perfect 🤣), super clean. Only flaw, the bathroom was a little too small and narrow, however there was everything you needed. Breakfast definitely ok, international choices reduced compared to the oriental ones but still satisfactory. Recommended !!

Stayed 4 nights and the room is nicely renovated but the AC is too noisy and couldn’t sleep well, informed the front desk and the bell staffs to send someone to fix it and I was told that the engineer says is nothing wrong with the AC. At Breakfast, they serve cold fried egg on the buffet tray. Tried to ask for a hot one from the cook and she seems doesn’ happy. Overall I would give a thumbs up for the beautiful hotel and friendly and helpful bell staffs.

A beautiful building spotlessly clean. Very omfortable room well serviced daily. Very generous bottled water. Great shower with plenty of hot and cold water. Lovely linen and towels. The staff are so helpful and generous with their efficiency and friendliness. The manager and his team are worthy of special mention. So he.pful in organizing Grab Cabs ( Uber) for me. A bright airy building, modern but in traditional style. I just loved the 0lace and will certainly return. Thumbs up all round. My highest recommendation.

Members of the staff were all courteous and friendly. Breakfast was okay, no brewed coffee though, there's a selection of instant coffee flavors instead. Menu for breakfast changes daily so that's good for variety's sake. The lady, who I assume is the manager, allowed me to check out at 2pm, so nice of her. A bit of an issue with the bathroom though. The flush mechanism of the toilet constantly made sound every 10 minutes or so. Woke me up in the middle of the night a few times. They were unable to get it fixed my entire 4-night stay. The hotel is literally next door to Anusarn night market. Though the hotel is nice and clean, pics on the website are way better looking. ;)

Needed a place in Chiang Mai for 4 nights. Didn't care about luxury but didn't want the cheapest place I could find either. Came across this on Agoda and thought it might be worth a try. It's 150 Baht ride from The Chiang Mai Airport. I arrived Check in Was quick and easy. The room is immaculate. Small but very clean. Great bed flat screen TV many many channels. The air condition is fantastic. It's a hostile but it also has. Individual rooms Which is what I booked. It's unbelievable value. 22.50 a night. They don't advertise free breakfast. But they have a common area just behind reception. With a big screen TV and it's got a full kitchen that everybody is welcome to use. If you clean up after yourself, they have all the utensils. They do have a small breakfast in the morning, which is free to everybody who stays here. Although they don't advertise. It waffles cereal coffee tea toast. Basic But very nice. They also have four or five bicycles that are available free of charge to use which is a tremendous perk. There are a couple of negatives but based on the value for money. I can work around them. Number one no room safe number two When you take the key card out when you leave the room the refrigerator also loses electricity. First I've seen this most hotels I've stayed at. Had the refrigerator socket wired to stay hot, even when the key card was out. And it would be nice if they had a chair. In the room nothing fancy just a basic chair. Should I find myself in Chiang Mai again? I will definitely use this hotel again. The staff here are very very friendly. From the reception to the room cleaners everyone always smiling willing to help out answer any questions. Making sure everybody has a nice day. I can't recommend this place enough.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights of our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place in Chiang Mai. The thing that really makes this hotel magical is the friendly staff who took care of us and were always ready to help with anything. The property is spotless with gorgeous architecture, and beautiful wood carvings everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and filled us up for a day of site seeing. The old city was maybe a 5 minute Grab away and cost on average 70-90 Thai Bhat. Our room had great AC and a smart TV where we could log into Netflix. The staff even decorated the room with flower petals and towel swans which made our honeymoon perfect! We hope to return again on another trip and would recommend anyone to stay here to experience the best of Thai Hospitality.

This was a last minute change and regret we didn't get to stay here the whole time in Chiang Mai compared to the noisy and untidy guesthouse down the road.
It was also cheaper here too so was a great find - definitely got my high rating :)

Good hotel to stay. Near to night bazaar. Room was clean. Staffs were super nice: front, bell boy, staff at parking lot, staff at restaurant.
Hotel looks not that new, decorated in Thai style with carpet on the floor.
There are many rooms but limited parking lots. Bathing zone is big and make toilet and the rest are small. Limit space to place personal amenities.
Breakfast is not much various, the taste was ok.

GGuest UserLovely facility just steps from the heart of town. We had only one night there but wished we had booked it for the other. Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us find activity in the countryside that we could undertake without participation in a group tour. Even went so far as to type up notes on a full page of paper with suggestions for activity as well as local coffee shops along the way in the countryside for us. Room was fantastic overlooking the pool with all amenities and even a pillow menu to choose from. Parking immediately below the hotel and simply a beautiful pool, hot tub, courtyard, and bar within the center of the hotel. The place has an interesting history and story stemming from the owner's family line. Again, great location for night market, restaurants, and access along the river. Great facility and great staff - highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very clean. The owner provides good service. Even though we went during the flood, everything was difficult. But it's good that we went when the water had receded. All the entrances are a bit slippery, but we were welcomed very well. Recommended.

GGuest UserWell, I stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. I got the single room with no window. I would like to mention that the room toilet and shower can be improved as whenever I took a shower most of the water would end up outside and the floor boards would absorb the water which would distort them making the floor uneven. I would suggest to make the curtain more closer to the shower and make a larger step so the water doesn’t go outside and maybe redo the seal between the floor boards and the shower step. Other than that the room was Amazing, WiFi was fast, AC, conveniently located, worth the money, everyday it was cleaned, very helpful staff. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

6659christopherfStayed here for a couple nights over new years while in Thailand for our honeymoon. The staff was great from checkin to checkout. We had a private room on the 3rd floor. The shared bath was nice and always had one of the 2 rooms open. We lucked out having such great outdoor space and sat on the outdoor deck to ring in the new year and watch the beautiful lanterns rise above the city. Walking distance to old city or night markets. Would certainly stay here again if returning to Chiang Mai.

KKeith ManalotoThe hotel was surprisingly clean, well-designed, quiet, neat and tidy given its price. Everything seems to be good as new, even the AC unit. The staff were very friendly.
Coming from Bangkok, this hotel room obviously has great value for its price. Would absolutely recommend it to friends.

1117aliciavWe were a group of 5 friends and we were super comfortable. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. The pool is a lot. But cleaning is paid (500b). No reception. The girl who sells the excursions is the girl who gives you the key and don't give you any information. We were still super good. Very good location. Just on the street of Night Bazar.

GGuest UserWe loved the location just outside the old city wall and few hundred meters from Thae Pae gate. The hotel was very quiet as it was slightly offset from the main road. The service was excellent from the attendant, a lady named Aom. She was very friendly and helpful. We didn't give a five rating because the shower was not always hot. Later in the day we only got warm water but perhaps the meter that we aren't accustomed to needed to be adjusted? We didn't inquire about it as it didn't bother us too much. The room was clean and a nice size..We would stay here again, recognizing the hotel is rated a 3.4 star it is a great deal and location and service as good as anywhere.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is mainly in a good location. It is about five minutes walk from Tha Pae Gate. There is a 711 about 100 meters. Because it happened to be in the past of the Tiandeng Festival, it is very convenient to watch the flower car show. Because the flower car starts from Tha Pae Gate, and then there are many activities that are also held in Tha Pae Gate. So don't worry about watching the lively at night, it's too late to take a taxi or traffic jam, and the traffic situation in Chiang Mai during the festival is still a bit bad. The hotel itself is quite satisfactory. The door is the key. The personal feeling is not very convenient. There is no highlight in the interior bedding decoration style. The balcony is not very transparent and faces a wall. In addition, living in the corridor will be affected by the noise of the kitchen on the second floor at night. Hotel service feels that Thailand will not seem to be too bad, more friendly and nice.
