Hotels in Area north of the old city, Chiang Mai

Cons: • The hotel housekeeping staff did not clean thoroughly, especially the bathroom drain, which was clogged with hair. • Towels were not changed regularly. • The hotel’s TV is outdated and has a delayed response. • The hotel’s internet connection is poor. Pros: • The hotel has a great location. There is a bar downstairs, a supermarket, and street food nearby. • Maya Shopping Mall is just a 10-minute drive away.

Staffs are very great and lovely. But the room is not that perfect. The bed is hard, there are no face paper, and the room cleanliness is okay but could be better. The main disadvantage is the height of floor to ceiling is very short, it would make you crowded.

Quiet location, across the street from a small night food market and a 7-11. Best to have transportation sorted for staying this location rather than rely on songtaws (red trucks).

Great services, clean, very comfortable beds. - Hot water did not work well. The temperature outside was 17°C. - the elevator parks in between the floors. We had to carry luggage either upstairs or downstairs. There was no ramp to roll luggage from the elevator to the room.

Very nice hotel and clean. Definitely, we'll be back to stay next vacation.

Hotel was more like a budget hotel, but it’s quaint and gets the job done. Lots of amazing street food around the area!

The hotel staff are super polite,friendly and very helpful.My room was upgraded upon my arrival ,a lovely suprise.Breakfast is really good value for money.Rooms are beautifully serviced and fresh towels provided daily.I would recommend for solo female travellers as very secure and transport safe and easy to use to and from the hotel.All tours easily arranged by staff and they have a shuttle service to all night markets and food streets.Excellent all round. Would definitely recommend .

Good hotel with nice breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous. The location is a bit far from the town area but is quiet. Can get transport using grab. Good stay! Thanks

What I encountered was quite shocking. It shouldn’t have happened. But I sympathize with the staff who came to solve the immediate problem. I understand that at that time, they did the best they could. But I have to say that no one should have to go through something like this. I would like to commend the staff, but this kind of incident shouldn’t happen again.

I came to Chiang Mai for vacation with my girlfriend and booked this hotel. Overall, it was pretty good. It was a bit inconvenient to travel, but it was more convenient to borrow a motorcycle. Sanitary cleaning is also done on time every day. There is a swimming pool in the yard, and the breakfast is also good, mainly Western and Thai, with coffee, fried eggs and bread. The dishes will be changed every day, and I am generally satisfied.
