Great location, great facilities all fresh and new. Staff were great and free water and soda in my room along with coffee machine. Breakfast was great and all in happy. Great to get to places and lots near by including 7/11

This hotel was fantastic! I really appreciated the friendly service from the staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is new and looks great, providing a fresh and modern atmosphere. The area is fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants and massage places nearby. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is really convenient, it only takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel by car from the airport, the environment and decoration are very elegant, very suitable for a group of friends or family to stay. Initially booked when I saw not many reviews, a little worried, but later WeChat contact with the staff, found that they are very responsible, if there is any problem, will immediately arrange the staff to the hotel to handle. Special reminder to remember to add breakfast when checking in, only 350 Thai dollars / person, you can enjoy a fine breakfast, the hotel did not arrange staff to the villa to cook breakfast, the process will not affect the guests, juice soy milk coffee, fried ghost, a choice of staple food, fruit and dessert, really very rich. The disadvantage is that each room water pressure is different, hot water is not very stable. The hair dryer has very little horsepower, it takes a long time to blow your hair, and if you need to wear makeup, the room is dimly lit, which is not very convenient. Overall, this hotel whether you want to walk to eat, shop, massage is a walk out the door across the road to find, so it is really convenient.

The hotel is located in a hipster location called Nimman district where you can find great Cafes, restaurants, and a mall within walking distance. The room looks exactly like in the pictures. It’s clean and has a good smell. I had an amazing sleep. The mattress and pillows are super comfy. My room had a balcony facing the garden. From there you can see the temple at the mountain when the weather is clear. The only downside was that I could only stay for one night as it was the end of my holidays. Will come back.

Originally set up the Le Méridien Hotel in agoda, but later inadvertently saw the recommendation on Ctrip and found that the environment looked good, the price was cheaper than the Le Méridien suite, and the three people should be very spacious and the head should be hot. After the decision, I found that there was no evaluation, and other platforms could hardly find the reservation information. At one time, I was very panicked. Trip.com could not unsubscribe. After a period of search, I finally contacted customer service on Facebook and agreed on the check-in time. After a little peace of mind. It is agreed to check in at 12:30. When the time comes, the housekeeper is already waiting on the first floor. The service is very warm. It will show you the room and remind you that you can smoke on the first floor. The ”pool” is about three o'clock in the afternoon. The water is not deep. Adults are not easy to swim. It is OK to soak. There will be fallen leaves on the pool surface. But we didn't care too much. The second and third floors need to take off their shoes and go upstairs, but the floor will be dusty, the facilities are very complete, kitchen supplies, pots, microwave ovens, mosquito killer lights, fans, but the air conditioner is best to keep on, otherwise the sound will be very loud when you just turn on at night, overall the environment facilities are satisfactory, the location is OK, With bad Neman and G Neman next to you, you can check the evaluation of the location of these two hotels. Talk about the only thing that feels bad: there are too many mosquitoes. I have hardly been bitten in other hotels in Chiang Mai. I have been bitten for ten bags here. The mosquito killer lights don't seem to work. The mosquito spray can also be maintained for a while. There will be a small buzz at night. It is my only nightmare here. There are occasional small ants on the ground, not many are acceptable, if four or five people choose to live here is still very happy. Check-out is also arranged in advance when you check in. The housekeeper will bring a small gift at the agreed time and the cleaning staff. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic throughout the whole process and suddenly remembered that he forgot to leave a tip for the room.. In the future, if there are more people to play, you will choose here. If there are fewer people, you should choose a hotel with service. It is still possible to experience this kind of homestay for the first time.

I stayed for a couple of nights and overall had a decent experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the price was great for what you get. The staff were also friendly and helpful. However, I didn’t like the pool or the rooftop — they looked abandoned and had no atmosphere. Also, there was a gap in the window, which let in a lot of noise at night and made it hard to sleep sometimes. Still, if you’re just looking for a big room at a good price, it does the job.

I visited Chiang Mai in October 2024 but was unable to secure a room during my last trip. This time, I was fortunate to book a room for my 3 night stay. The receptionist, Khaw n her team were incredibly friendly and helpful. She noted my request for a firm bed due to my back condition and ensured it was accommodated. Not only that, but she also fulfilled my request for four extra pillows and even upgraded my room to a Premium room. Khaw went the extra mile by assisting me with booking massage therapy, either by email or phone. The bellboy, Pong, was exceptionally helpful as well. Since I primarily used Grab for transportation, he always made sure I was getting the best rate compared to taxis. The room was spotless n the bed linens were crisp and fresh. They were also very generous in refilling the drinking water. While some guests mentioned in their reviews that the corridor and shower area were dark, I found the lighting to be just perfect. Their international buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering an impressive variety of dishes. We also tried their weekend seafood buffet dinner, which was absolutely incredible! The selection of seafood, along with a wide range of local and international cuisines, was truly indulgent. To top it off, we were entertained by live music throughout our dinner, making the experience even more enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back again n soon!!

Good and very clean room, good service, excellent location, great breakfast choices. Only a bit noisy from music downstairs ( I stayed on 5th floor)with nice City view. FYI, Massage service only available in-room service, so you have to manage your partner to be outside, go to gym or swim for a couple of hours if you really need time to relax. Reasonable price at B1,000/2 hrs.

Went chiang mai on Mar school holidays.First time travelling here.Good experience.The weather eas quite ok.Moose hotel nimman good location and shopping area.The hotel central location and crew was very helpful Breakfast was nice and tasty.They also give some tea treats in the Evening.Nice staff and very helpful.Wonderful staying here will come back again.Room was well deco with the moise bear very refreshing.

Location is perfect , all staff is friendly. I got room at first floor , but a bit dirty (I found hair residue in the floor) the hand washing sink out side the toilet, there is no door or curtain between wet and dry area in toilet that made the dry area alway be wet.
