I will definitely stay at this one when I come to Chiang Mai in the future. After comparing several places, this one has the best environment and is clean. The service will also exceed my expectations. The boss at the door will even ride a motorcycle to exchange money for me. I am very touched.

Zensala was really, really great! I booked 3 days at Zensala and 3 days at another accommodation, but I wanted to go back to Zensala so badly that I abandoned the other accommodation and booked Zensala again! It was the best accommodation. The staff were all friendly and clean, and the pool was very well managed! Highly recommended!

This villa is very nice and well-maintained. The pool is crystal clear and cleaned daily. The children played twice a day, and the pool lights are beautiful at night. The two housekeepers provided very comprehensive and attentive service, and the daily breakfast had over 10 options. The host also helped us arrange transportation to Chiang Rai. The only drawback was that the kitchen lacked air conditioning, which made it a bit hot for self-catering, and leaving the door open was infested with mosquitoes. The property is well-located, with supermarkets and markets within a 5-minute walk. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and plan to return next year.

I need to say was okey for 2 nights but nothing special at all ! I think you can book with less money in a better place. But overall was clean, the people was nice and has a good location.

The downside of this accommodation is that the room is not very big. The smell every time you take the elevator is very bad (like sweat. I suggest you choose fragrance. The soundproofing is super, super bad. You can hear the people talking or watching TV in the next room. And the cleaning lady in the hallway speaks very clearly in the morning! Don't come if you are afraid of noise or poor soundproofing! The water pressure in the bathroom is a bit low. The upside is that the room design is really beautiful. If you want to stay at Tha Phae Gate, I highly recommend it. It is super close to the holiday night market. There is a 7-11 downstairs, which is very convenient. The counter staff is quite friendly. The service is also good.
