Vietnam’s low-cost carrier, Vietjet, is further expanding its reach in East and Southeast Asia by announcing three new flights to China, Cambodia, and Indonesia. These new services will all start in December and will join several other flights the carrier has launched in recent months.
I first arrived in Chiang Mai without a hotel. I booked it here due to great reviews. I discovered why it’s great. Wonderful location, super clean, spacious, & great staff. Highly recommend!
It's an old hotel but I love it. The room is spacious, the king (or queen) -size bed is comfortably firm, the water pressure is great filling large jacuzzi tub in a few minutes. It's 5-6 minutes walk to Maya mall and is centrally located. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. To me, it's great value for money.

This hotel is excellent. I always stay here. The staff are lovely, and most importantly, the food is absolutely incredible! I'm even willing to wake up early just for breakfast.
First impression of the room (leading to the room) is the corridor, the work looks rough. The room is okay, some stuff in the room is a bit old and worn out. As a three star hotel, it has what you need for a night. Sound proof is terrible, I woke up a few times from the voice from corridor.

The room was clean and the location was good, with available parking. Service was just alright. The water heater was broken, and instead of offering a room change, they opted to send a technician, making me wait an hour for the repair.
I stayed at Capital O The Singha Chiangmai for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Pros:
• Convenient Location: If you have a vehicle, the location is great for getting around Chiang Mai.
• Spacious Rooms: The room was roomy enough for two people and offered plenty of storage space for luggage.
• Basic Amenities: The room came with two free bottles of water, and the bathroom had dispensers for shower gel and shampoo.
Cons:
• Parking: While there is parking in front of the hotel, the spaces are limited. If you arrive late, you may need to park on the narrow street outside the hotel, or there might be no spaces left.
• No Elevator: The hotel is a three-story building with no elevator. If you’re traveling with heavy or large luggage, be prepared to carry it up the stairs.
• Hard-to-Spot Entrance: The entrance to the hotel can be easy to miss. If you’re driving, slow down after the intersection; it’s located between the Chinese cemetery and the market.
• Bathroom Sink: While the shower was well-equipped, it would be better if there were a soap dispenser and hand towel available at the sink.
Suggestions:
I appreciated the hotel’s use of a tablet for guests to fill out their information via Google Forms, but the design could be improved. A multi-field input form would make the process much smoother compared to a single input box for all details.
Overall, Capital O The Singha Chiangmai is a good budget-friendly option, especially if you’re driving and don’t mind climbing stairs. The spacious rooms and convenient location make it worth considering for short stays, but parking can be a challenge.
This hotel is an excellent choice for a stay. Its cleanliness is impeccable; both the rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout your visit.
The location is incredibly convenient, being close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. This makes it easy to navigate for both leisure and business travelers.
The service is outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything, from check-in to offering recommendations for local sights, making for a truly memorable experience.

Amazing
GGuest UserIt was very clean and stylish and it could be better than some four or five star hotels. Staff speak English and very polite and friendly. It is located at a very convenient area so that I could walk to Old Town and Nimman. Although my plan doesn’t include breakfast, I had it at the cafe next to the hotel. It was also excellent. I’ll definitely stay there if I visit Chiang Mai again!
PPhan SVery nice place. The staffs always take care and helpful. I have very good service. The rooms are clean and quite with nice balcony.
WiFi works well. Inside room have clean Air-conditioner, fridge, drinking water+ coffee. The location is excellent and many nice neighbor. Near Maya, shopping mall, and downtown.
This place have guardman, very save place to stay not far from the main road. Will come back next time.
GGuest UserPositives:
The hotel location is pretty good. There are little food shops, convenience stores and laundry shops nearby. Reception was friendly and nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. It was also nice to have a pool to relax in, and they offer orange juice, coffee and tea at the dining area near the pool 24/7. Conversely, they do not have the kettle/ coffee/ tea making items within the room. I liked that they provided cups, plates, bowls, cutlery etc and a microwave for guests to use. It was very useful for us to order takeaway or reheat our food.
Negatives:
The rooms do not have a telephone, so you'll have to go down to speak with the reception if needed. They also only offer 1 breakfast menu of toast, 2 eggs, 2 sausages. The shower in our room was alternating between hot and cold water (sometimes suddenly too hot and suddenly too cold, water pressue was very weak as well).
Overall I still found the hotel good to stay, and will still recommend it

Great
NnopainnogainThis hotel bad 👎 . Poor breakfast especially poor fruits and not fresh vegetables. You have to deposit 500 B for room key loss. I had to call to the frontdesk for the washroom tower. strange hotel in Chaingmai
GGuest UserI came here for an ‘escape’ from the city noise and bustle and it was the best place to be! A 10 minute drive from the Old Town and I was in peace and serenity. It was quiet, the beds were so comfortable, the pool area was immaculate, and the service was incredible. It was like a hidden get-away, tucked into a slow and quiet residential area, with a surprising amount of small cafe’s within the area. I came back to Old Town feeling relaxed and decompressed!
SStanley.PaoThe room is large and soundproofed. From time to time, you can hear people talking in the next room. The cleanliness is average. The room price is cheap. The neighborhood is boring. There don't seem to be any facilities in the hotel.

GGuest UserThe bed is comfortable and the price is right. The bed is very comfortable when you come to Thailand. There is also a small balcony where you can eat durian. The front desk service attitude is very good and the place is clean.
GGuest UserThe water heater in my bathroom had an electrical issue, making it impossible to shower safely. I ended up using the communal bathroom, but even that one ran out of water in the middle of the night.

MM250196****Once again, we came to Chiang Mai’s Huarui Courtyard, an exquisite courtyard; Suthep Mountain shrouded in mist in the early morning after the rain; the ancient temple across the road, its door always open for everyone to pass; the melodious sound of wind chimes, inadvertently brushing against the ears; the road The rhubarb next to it, the frangipani with raindrops, and the cafe in the green Fusu are the daily scene in Chiang Mai; make a pot of tea, count the steps of the years, and walk past the window...
