The room is very nice. Towel are very clean and white! I feel fresh and love using it.
One feedback about breakfast . I stayed 6 days each time I book MOOSE HOTEL. Each morning, I eat the same food . It will be good if The menu changes everyday.
The accommodation is very spacious, with a well-divided layout between the bedroom and living room. The bathroom is also large and includes a bathtub. There is ample parking space for multiple cars. Other facilities, such as the swimming pool, are generously sized, and there’s also a fitness center. The place is clean, and just a short drive away, you’ll find Central Festival. The room rates are very affordable, making this a highly recommended place to stay. It feels like living in a condo, with beautiful decor and a serene atmosphere.
The staff were exceptional, rivaling the best professionals in New York and Paris. They were all attentive, open, helpful, polite, considerate and cooperative. I have nothing negative to say, at all.
One comment I'd like to make has to do with acoustics. Whenever someone in a neighboring room would take an article of clothing
off a hanger in the closet, the sound of the swinging hanger hitting the shallow wall would reverberate in my room. Perhaps the closet
walls could be made more solid or insulated for sound. That's all.

So noisy that can hear the other door open and close all the time with loudly sound and I paid for breakfast but they forgot to add on the list so had to confirm twice. The WiFi connection is bad too
Great price, quite decent quality. The hotel is a bit worn out but generally clean and well-equipped. If you need a place to stay for a short solo trip, it's an ideal option
The room was large, spacious, new, and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The pillows were a bit firm, but I didn't wake up with any neck pain. My main disappointment was realizing that booking through an agent was more expensive than booking directly with the hotel, and breakfast wasn't even included – I had to pay extra for it.
Stayed here because it’s so close to the bus station- it’s like a 2 minute walk to get there, super convenient for catching my bus in the am. It was quiet, a great price for a room all to yourself. Felt like everything was pretty clean- the shower looked a bit weathered but I didn’t mind. Is equipped with a mini fridge, I wish it had a microwave as well. Maybe there was one in the lobby, I didn’t check. Would stay again- the area around it looked nice as well saw a many good restaurants along the way while walking towards the square.
I didn't have high expectations after reading the reviews, but the floor tiles were falling off. They said they would change the room right away, but my child didn't like the changed room location, so they fixed it, but it fell off the next day, and the tiles next to it fell off by themselves. This is proof that they don't clean properly. Since the other place was too small, I moved, but the hotel room itself was spacious and comfortable, and I liked the common facilities, but it would be good if they did a good job of maintaining and cleaning the facilities.
A very cozy place, suitable for people who want to live for a long time. You can cook, and are free and unconstrained. The landlord’s mother is very nice. Although the language is not fluent, she has been silently paying attention to what we need. I love it too much. I stayed for five days. , A little bit reluctant to leave
Service and cleanliness were deducted points because the housekeeper never came to clean the room. I stayed for 3 nights and a sign hung up for cleaning was left hanging when I returned. The sign was still there and the room was in the same condition. The front desk staff had to bring a change of clothes and take out the trash instead. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided lovely service. The room was large and clean and there was parking available. The hotel has a complete range of amenities. There is a 7-11 next to the hotel and it is located opposite the Chiang Mai bus terminal. There might be some noise but it's not annoying. I still recommend it, but you might be a little tired of the housekeeper.

Amazing
SSangwooDuring my recent trip to Chiang Mai, I found a hotel that offered excellent value for money. Being part of the Novotel chain, the service was excellent.
The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable wooden floors, and the bed was large, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The bathroom and sink were separate, which was convenient, and the amenities were well-stocked.
The pool and gym were directly connected, making it a great place to enjoy a swim after a morning workout. There was also a poolside bar and a small food court-style food court for light meals and drinks.
The entire hotel blended a modern feel with traditional Thai ambiance, making the lobby, hallways, and décor a delight.
The location was also good, and the quiet atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. The lack of Korean guests made it a great way to experience the local atmosphere.
However, the lack of a sidewalk in front of the hotel made it a bit inconvenient.
The best part was that I could enjoy all this at a reasonable price.

Great
GGuest UserFacilities: The houses are all wooden structures and traditional style. The swimming pool is not big, but who wouldn’t want to take a dip in a pool surrounded by plants? The hotel has its own restaurant - it is a vegetarian restaurant, you can try it. When you wake up in the morning, you can order a cup of coffee in the restaurant and drink it by the pool. Isn’t that nice? ? ?
Hygiene: Clean! I especially like that the cleaning staff in Thai hotels take off their shoes and enter the room to clean!
Environment: This hotel is so beautiful, allowing plants to grow freely, and the paradise grass is taller than the buildings.
Service: The hotel staff is very friendly!
Price: It was more than 300 when I ordered it. It feels like you can’t live anywhere in China with more than three hundred people! This one is so worth it!
Terrain: Very convenient! There are many restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops around. Don’t worry about going to the old town, because Chiang Mai is fine on foot~ (I mean the central location)

HHannaqqqThree friends traveled together and chose this hotel. The hotel is a small and beautiful Thai-style hotel with lush and beautiful greenery. I enjoy it every day on the way out or back to the room. It’s just a long ***** of six or seven three-story buildings, one family on each floor, with a big balcony, and the room is as big as the description, a little nicer than the picture, the restaurant is cozy and mini, and there are two mini swimming pools , basically no one. The front desk and service staff feel that there are only three main teammates, but they try their best to solve everything, and their attitude is very friendly. The set that my family lives in has two big beds of two meters, which are very comfortable. I haven't used the bathtub, but my friend who lives with me said that the water quality may not be very good
AAnniebunnysunExtremely satisfied with this hotel, which offers excellent value for money. It had a wonderful holiday vibe, and the attention to detail in their service was evident from the moment we checked in. With welcome drinks and fruit included, it was absolutely worth every penny. Breakfast included freshly made coffee, Thai milk tea, and more, and the food was fresh and delicious. The room was comfortable, and the bed linens were changed daily. The bathroom was exceptionally spacious and truly impeccable. Given its antique house style, it's understandable that some of the room's fixtures might be a little dated. For instance, the water flow from the bathroom sink was a bit slow, but this did not affect its usability at all.
GGuest UserI rarely write reviews, but this is a newly opened hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the sheets and quilts were brand new, the amenities were complete, the shampoo and shower gel was fragrant, the front desk was very welcoming, and the entire stay was very pleasant. There's also free parking in the on-site parking lot. The hotel also has a complete range of amenities and meticulous hygiene. I had a very satisfying stay and highly recommend it!

Good
GGuest UserIn this small world, every corner hides the beauty of life, (´・ᴗ・`)ノ♡, such as the warm light of the first ray of sunlight in the morning shining through the curtains, the aroma of a cup of tea in the afternoon, and the mysterious and beautiful scene of twinkling stars at night. (づ。◕‿‿◕。)づI hope you can also feel this delicate and beautiful feeling~
YYOUWEIThe hotel is next to the train station, the facilities are old, and the air conditioning is not good, affecting sleep. The previous guides mentioned that Pai’s aya bus station is nearby. I booked this hotel because I thought it was convenient to get on the bus. I didn’t expect that the bus station has been relocated recently, and I have to go to Thapae Gate to board the bus. The hotel in the ancient city has a car to pick up and drop off to the station, and this hotel is not accepted in the suburbs, so it is too miscalculated!
