When I arrived I had to sweep the room myself because I didn't dare leave my backpack on the floor because it was so dirty (I attach photos) and also the owner who is Chinese doesn't understand a word in English... That wouldn't matter If only he were a kind person (which he is not at all, quite the opposite). In short, the only thing that is worth it (to say the least) about this horrible place is its location.
I also have to say that immediately when I saw the condition of the room I contacted the Att service. Trip.com client who told me that it was not their opening hours and that I wanted to speak with an agent in English, to which I responded that I preferred to speak with one in my language, and three days later I am still waiting for a response. With Booking. com I wouldn't have had that problem, so from now on I will always book with them.
