The hotel rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, as any less obvious place (lamps, besides beds, some surfaces) are filled with dust. Bathroom toilets are not very good, and amenities are lacking. Outside areas are not clean. Breakfast is lacking in variety and quality. Beds are comfortable though, and staff is friendly and kind.
Photos do not correspond to reality, you can find much better in this price range.

The room is very big and spacious, with a view of the swimming pool. The breakfast is not very varied but sufficient, including Thai, American, coffee, juice, and regular food. There are not many rooms in the hotel, so there is no need to wait for a table in the restaurant, which is very good. The old town is still very quiet at night. The swimming pool and gym are not big, but it is better than nothing. The swimming pool does not have a good sunbathing angle

Overall nothing to fault
Only the two siblings can't live there because the bathroom and toilet doors are see-through.

In the ancient city, the location is good and convenient for travel, but it is opposite the school and it is noisy at 7 or 8 in the morning.
The room is quite large, but you have to turn on the room cleaning switch before 12 o'clock, otherwise they will not come in to clean the room.
