Stayed here twice. The room upstairs was nice, but the poolside room was a bit noisy because some people were swimming and having fun. The front desk staff were very nice. I will stay here again next time I go to Chiang Mai.

PROS:
1. Great service from all staffs. Reception staff can speak very good English.
2. Convenient location in Old Town.
3. Five minutes walk to 7-11 store. Good massage place within 3 minutes walk from hotel.
4. Breakfast price on the high side. 130 baht should include both juice and coffee. Good taste for the set breakfast.
5. Great swimming pool. Very clean and relaxing.
6. Strong smell from the bathroom drainage. Smell will go away after a few minutes
Cons:
Towel and bed sheets are dated. Need to change to new ones.
