A familiar and always reliable place to stay. When checking in, the staff immediately informed me that there was construction work going on in the building next door, which could be loud until 5 p.m., and that construction would begin at 8 a.m. in the morning. The place was clean, both in the common areas and inside the rooms. The air conditioning was very cool, and the water pressure was very strong. On the 1st floor, there was a snack and tea-coffee zone that you could use for yourself for free. You could go down and get hot or cold water. You could also leave your luggage after checking out, and they took very good care of it.

This small hotel is in a great location and is exceptionally clean. The daily cleaning is meticulously done. It's likely an old villa passed down from the family that owns it. Although small and with a limited number of rooms, each room is spacious and comfortable. The furniture and style are from the 1920s, 1930s, and the floor tiles are probably the earliest produced in the world, having been well preserved. Hence the "heritage" in the name of the hotel. The early elevator, which was only used for transporting luggage, is of great ornamental and archaeological value. If you like this style, you should definitely stay there for a few nights.

Lovely little hotel just round the corner from the end of the night bazaar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The tea and coffee is downstairs by reception so a little inconvenient but it didn’t bother us. The lady who runs it was very friendly. We were on 5th floor and there is no lift but there is a luggage lift so very helpful. Nice big bed, a little firm for us but nice room overall. Lovely sunrise view from the balcony. The only thing is that the air conditioning unit outside on the balcony is very noisy so not relaxing to sit out there.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Night Bazaar, Kad Luang, and Tha Phae Gate. The interior of the hotel is beautifully decorated. The room is a medium-sized room with a balcony. The bedroom has a soft bed. The bathroom is large and very clean. The reception staff provides excellent service. I recommend it.
