We had a nice stay at this simple, mid-sized, new-ish hotel. We had a queen bed room at the back, and we're told that the larger suites are at the front. The room was good size, with a sofa and table, plus a small breakfast table. The bathroom was large as well. Everything was clean. There is plenty of parking across the street. We were in the top floor on south side during some clear sunny days, so the room was rather warm when we came back in the afternoon. The air conditioner eventually got the upper hand, though. I'd guess that the lower floors, and the suites in front, will be fine. The two friendly ladies at the front desk were helpful, though only one speaks much English. I believe some Chinese is spoken as well. They took care of some laundry when we were in a rush. It's an easy to walk anyplace in Nimman, so plenty of places to eat, but on a quiet street with no traffic. Don't miss the Lanna (Northern style) restaurant nearby. The old city is about a half hour away on foot. We would definitely stay again.
