Premier room is big but the view is not that good / no bathtub
On the last day, the TV did not work so I took a picture and asked the front desk of The Level Lounge to improve it, but since it was the last day or maybe they forgot, the TV was not fixed until I checked out.
The staff was friendly when I had breakfast at The Level Lounge.

Great hotel, right next to the daily Chiang Mai Night Market. The sky bar is nice, it's great to get together with a few friends to chat and drink. Worth another visit

The hotel is very clean, the room is large and bright, not dark. There are several affordable massage shops on the street where you turn right and then right again. It is very close to the night market. The breakfast is very simple, not like the breakfast of a 5-star hotel.

But there is one drawback: The swimming pool is not very big, and it was very crowded around 4pm.
The buffet breakfast also has fewer varieties than expected. The most confusing thing is the simplest Thai milk tea, which is not poured by yourself. Although it is free, you have to ask the waiter to take your order. One day, before 9:30, we were told that the Thai milk tea was out of stock, but the buffet breakfast was open until 10:30.
